    Worst experience ever in terms of delivery. Had it scheduled and 2 days before they moved it by a day like they dont understand how life works and requesting days off for their 12 hour delivery window. Without checking with me. No idea how item works and will be ordering from competitors now

    Excessively bad mechanical design

    Terrible quality of the installation information, the company offers two templates on the same paper for two different types of installations and with very confusing information. The installation template must be individual for each installation and at least made of thin cardboard, to avoid damage to the cabinets to be installed. It does not have a count of seconds for food. The dark colored interior makes it look unhygienic. Due to its terrible mechanical engineering design, the upper part has conformations for resistance that do not allow hermeticity with the bottom of the cabinet where it is installed, leaving spaces and crevices to house insects. I have not tested it working, but these defects already make it to my complete displeasure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL.

    Bought for curb side pickup. My wife and daughter showed up and told they had to go in store to get them self’s $600+ microwave . This made me upset

    Replacement parts either don't exist or are more expensive than entire unit itself. Unit was delivered with a latent defect and despite the fact that I am willing to pay to replace the part that I didn't notice until 6 weeks after purchase, I am in a position where it will be cheaper to buy a whole new unit rather than making a small repair. Ill donate the unit and buy a quality brand that stands behind their product.

    Manufacturer Defect - Avoid!

    This model has an intermittent defect where the magnetron does not engage. LG support was not helpful, they sent a guy twice and even though we have video of the issue if it doesn't happen in front of them they give up and say it's not their problem.

    DIED within a year!

    VERY disappointed. Worked well for 13 months, and then suddenly the magnetron died. It will no longer heat. This model replaced an old Samsung which finally quit after 18 years. Will be contacting LG.

    Bought this as part of the LG package, avoid this microwave. We do daily cooking and this thing died in 1.5 yrs...what a waste. Had best buy protection for only a year...should have kept it longer.

    Unfortunately, the microwave has not been installed. The delivery team has rescheduled the date several times without my consent or input. For example, it was supposed to be installed tomorrow, 12/2. I got a confirmation yesterday AM. In the PM, I was notified it would be installed on 12/5. I bought a dishwasher also. Last purchsaes I will make at BestBuy.

    The microwave exhaust fan does not respond to settings. It constantly runs on high whether the setting is medium, low, or high.

    I love the micro wave, install not so much, fan rubbing noise, install group came out said we had to call LG, LG came out and said install people screwed the microwave down to tight. LG fixed the insatll peoples mistake

    Don't buy an LG microwave. Bought it on 5/22/2023 and it just died on 5/28/2024. They will charge you as much to repair the item as buying a new one.

    So disappointing, not a real smart device!

    Really disappointed! How can you call yourself a smart device and Not work with Alexa or Google? What a disappointment! The only reason I bought this was to be able to turn on the Micowave by voice. I could have bought a cheaper microwave that does what this does!
