    Sleek design, efficient, love the panel on the front and easy to clean. I like that the pull handle is hidden on the side and not on the front. Love it.

    The microwave is excellent - easy to use, with extra features and controls. It's also beautiful, and much quieter than my old unit. The installation team was terrific - they worked quickly and efficiently, made sure the unit worked correctly, and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

    Still learning but so far we love it! A few years ago I purchased an LG fridge (emergency purchase) and decided to purchase a stove too (sorely needed) and ended up getting a DW so they'd all match. 26 year old microwave died recently so I went with an LG. Really pleased with all of them! Especially the stove!

    Excellent Purchase. Our Sales Person Brandon at the Brandon, fl Best Buy was excellent. He assessed our needs and chose this beautiful microwave for us after we gave the criteria to him. This microwave is sleek, easy to use, and has a ton of features. The highlight was the service we got from visiting the store! We have not had that ease of purchase or someone servicing us that was that knowledgeable in a long time!

    We were really disappointed with one specific problem that became immediately obvious the first day after installing this microwave. THE CONTROLS ARE NOT ILLUMINATED!!! This is not a problem when all the kitchen lights are turned on, but we find it extremely difficult to see the control panel buttons when the kitchen is only partially illuminated. Other than that problem, the microwave works very well. It's just hard to make the microwave work correctly when you cannot see the controls. Users have submitted many pictures of their installed microwaves. In none of those pictures can you see the controls that are located on the front of the microwaves. Very irritating.
