This micrwave was an easy installation, works perfect!

Heats food up very uniformly. Popcorn setting works well along with melted butter setting too. All buttons on glass door easy cleaning.

So far, 1 month in and it has worked great! We got this as a damage item. When we picked it up there was just a small scrape to the exterior on one of the sides. Which didn't matter at all because how we installed it in the cabinets you cannot see that side.

Love this microwave! It is quite good looking and is big. It does everything that you want in a microwave and more. I also love the little jingle it plays when finished. It was replaced by and old one that died after five years. it fit in nice with no problems.

I like the look, but the door is big. It works fine and great that it connects with the LG app for my other LG appliances. I wish that you could change the power for the preset cook time. It would also be great if you could stop alarms from the app. Otherwise it's pretty much like every other microwave.

Don't waste your time! The unit looks very sleek above the range but that is where it stops. After about 6 months, the microwave did not heat as well. About a week later, the buttons did not function. The color between the digits of the clock were the only light or electricity out of the unit. I called LG who sent in a local tech. He arrived yesterday. Without my permission, he opened my cabinets to get a glass of water and attempted to press the buttons to test the micro, Nothing worked. He then plugged in the micro to the outlet on the splash. He then told me the issue was that the receptacle in the cabinet over the range was defective. It was my fault because the outlet did not work. He thought I was some idiot old lady housewife. It just so happened was in the bedroom resting from a morning surgical procedure. I asked him to talk to the tech. My husband is a general contractor and new home builder so he has dealt with lots of appliances before. When he came in the kitchen, the tech told him the recepticle was defective and it was our fault. So husband asks if it is our outlet issue, why are the colon dots between the time area let up. So like the outlet works for just those dots but not anything else? Guy was miffed but told us he would order a new door and be back in a week. Another week without a microwave? This LG micro is a hunk of junk.

I love the sleek look of the LG microwave. One thing that bothers me is that the stove light undetnath seems to make the glass plate very very warm. Otherwise, the microwave works well!

This microwave is great. Its stainless steel matches excellently to the LG oven we purchased. It even has wifi so you can pick settings from the app.

Works great. Only negative is the fact that the controls are backlit. Cannot see them unless the kitchen is well-lit.

Works fairly well, however heat and steam from the microwave is directed to the front of the unit and collects on the cabinets above the microwave. Paint is already beginning to peal and blister. Appears to be a common complaint, unfortunately I wasn’t aware of it at the time of purchase.
