I followed the instructions but it wouldn't save time of day and would just restart and play the intro music. Tried it multiple times and tried other functions but after 5 seconds would just restart. I ordered it again, hopefully it was defective and I'll write a better review.

Interior light failed 1 year 1 month

However the interior light failed 1 year and 29 days after purchase so no warranty. Additionally, any time the microwave loses power, it resets all settings and preferences. Annoying feature.

Trash lg and bestbuy

Looks nice, but disappointed.

You need to be 7 foot tall to see what's happening to your food, and if you open the door to look, you have to start over, there's no pause. I don't think the sensor function works that well, it depends on steam, but usually it means the food overcooks. I cannot set cook time when using that function, so I have to keep opening the door to prevent boiling my cheese dip. The skimpy manual you get is inadequate, they save a few nickels of printing cost by making you look on-line. It would be helpful if I could enter a few custom cook time/level settings for things I do all the time, but there's no option except for me to memorize them. Maybe I don't know how to use it correctly, but I've had many microwaves before and this one is a bit disappointing.

The panel is slick, hidden, and perfect for my darker kitchen, It looks small but super deep and sleek. I had to raise the braket from the last one but you cannot see it.
