I think the dishwasher is fine, I don't know as it was not delivered. I bought it almost a month ago, scheduled delivery & installation for 8/22; was informed to be available that day between 11 am - 3 pm. I was contacted by the delivery driver at 2:45 that they were 20 minutes away and that it would take at least 45 minutes to install. I had arranged to be off work until 3:00 as instructed by Best Buy, so had to cancel the delivery. NOW, I have requested delivery on any Saturday or Tuesday (days off) but Customer Service has no availability except for Thursdays and Fridays, So I asked them to check in September - nothing on Saturdays or Tuesdays. I asked them to check October - no availability on Saturdays or Tuesdays. All Saturdays and Tuesdays are booked up for months?! I asked for a manager - was told that they would tell me the same thing.
I have used Best Buy for years, purchased many products and services there, and have a membership to the Geek Squad, etc. I am so totally disappointed in this experience that I may never use them again.

This washes dishes like a dream. We no longer have to wash dishes before washing dishes.
