Love the team at Holmdel Best Buy even more, they were awesome and all had great senses of humor when we showed up 10 mins before closing time in need of a DW. You guys rock!

It may just be me figuring out the features but I feel that the dry cycle doesn’t leave the dishes dry as I expected. Still need to hand dry them before putting them away. I’m still excited and grateful for it but I guess I expected too much or unaware of how to adjust the dry setting.

Fancy new dish machine with many functions.

May have old detergent. Retains moisture inside upper part of door. Should read manual again. Looks nice, easy to keep front clean. It runs really quiet.

The display on the front is very handy and if you connect it to the ThinQ app there are a lot of fun options.

My only complaint is the glasses top rack needs to be lifted a certain way to fit. Might just be an us thing! And really not an issue once we k ew what was going on. Love it

Wet Dishes After dry cycles

The standard heat level will leave the dishes very wet with water drops and puddles throughout the washer along with condensation on the interior door. Even with the heat boost I find water remaining in puddles on top of the silverware basket and on the top silverware rack. Ultimately, I’m having to use a hand towel to finish the drying process. Considering our old KitchenAid was nearly 10 years old and left our dishes completely dry, I would say this is not an upgrade.
