Order date and delivery date are much different. A month later. Only used it two times. Like it so far.

We've had the dishwasher for 2.5 months. We love our LG washer & dryer which is why we got a LG dishwasher. We are very happy with how it cleans our dishes (super quiet!!). However, we have three major issues with this dishwasher; one star removed for each issue. Two wheels on the bottom drawer have either fallen off or broken. The top shelf lifting/lower mechanism has to be put back together every time it's used. The middle drawer does not seat well and if it's not pushed in well it dents the inside of the door. We know it's outside the window to return this dishwasher. LG, Best Buy, if you're reading this we'd like to know how you will make this right for us. Kitchen remodel in the near future! Show us why we should buy LG appliances at Best Buy again!!

Love this dishwasher. I was concerned at first that it didn’t have a heating element like my old dishwasher but I put the setting on extra dry and everything is mostly dry. Honestly no worse than my dishwasher that had the heating element. It is roomy. The 3rd tray at the top is nice for utensils and doesn’t seem to take room away from below. I also love that there is a light inside to make it easy to see. Dishes come out sparkling clean. All in all I am pleased with this.

Great dishwasher for less than 2 years but now having issues with rust and led numbers failing. Fortunately the trays have extended 5 year warranty. No surprise there. Replacement tray shipped. Would probably not buy again.

This dishwasher (open box) was in perfect condition. It’s been running for a year now with no issues!

Very quiet machine and many different settings for dishes and glassware. We did notice that the dispenser for the dishwashing soap or pods has cracked (see photo below). Not what I expect for a dishwasher that retails at over 1100 dollars.

I absolutely love it! The stainless inside, ease of cleaning, clean dishes. Less water spots!

The dishwasher was installed by a 3rd party hired by Best Buy horribly. Someone from a 3rd party is scheduled to come out again to fix it. Right now it leaks, is very noisy and doesnt dry the dishes, presumably because it's not hooked up right.

this replaces my GE profile from 10yrs ago. Its very sleek and I like the overall design and the adjustable 2nd rack and half adjustable third rack. it's also very quiet during certain periods of certain cycles. It also cleans very well, the quad wash hits most angles and just about every spot. What I don't like is that during the cycle there is a period where you can hear the water/steam spraying and its very loud. I'm able to hear it from another room with the door closed. It literally sounds like a steam cleaner spraying steam. oddly enough the steam feature is off while its making this noise. I tried different dish configurations but same result. I think LG mislead me with the decibel rating because it is quiet but not through the whole cycle and not with steam feature on.

This is a very quiet machine you actually have to put your ear up to it to see if it’s even running it cleans well has enough room only problem is it does not dry the dishes right we have to open the door and leave it that way for a a while couple of hours to dry the dishes. We have tried it on all of the settings and it still comes up the same way but it has a nice light in it when you open it up that you can see what’s going on in the dishwasher. Like the dishes are still wet

My first one was defective. I gave it a second chance and couldn't be happier with the replacement. This thing cleans so well. It is very big inside. Lots of possibilities. Inside lights! Super quiet. WiFi enabled; I can see how much is left, when it finish, it tells me when to add rinse aid, I can even control the amount of rinse aid used also through WiFi. I can't speak about long term reliability, but this thing is so great. I got the silver one and it is a finger print magnet. If you're not so careful of only touching the handle, you may want to consider a different color.

In selecting a dishwasher - the noise level was very important to me. This was my second model choice - delivery of my first choice kept getting pushed further out. No regrets now! This is a very quiet machine. Sometimes I'm not sure it is running - but the lights keep me informed. I especially like that it says END when the load is complete. The third drawer at the very top is great. I couldn't imagine why I would need it, but it is great for flatware. Easy to load and easy to unload. The last thing I want to mention is that there is no heating element in this washer. That was a big worry, but it has been a non-issue. It dries as well as any dishwasher I have owned. The loads take a little longer, but the results make the wait acceptable.

Love this dishwasher! Ordered this along with a full suite of LG appliances for our new home. We’ve been in it a month and I’m in love with this dishwasher. So quiet you can’t even tell it’s running, except for the occasional muffled swishes of water during the cycle. I’ve never even heard the motor. I love the small discrete indicator lights on the front that tell you where it is in the cycle - free, running, and finished. Controls are on the top but you can still see the display of how much time is left in the cycle. Dishes come out squeaky clean and clear. The only issues we’ve had are adjusting the three racks so everything fits, but once we got it figured out it was great. Absolutely love having the 3rd utensil rack on the top - saves so much space on the second rack. And it’s adjustable as well so you can fit larger utensils in as well. Would highly recommend - worth the money for sure.

With very little pre-rinsing, the dishes and glasses come out very clean. The dishwasher auto-senses the amount of food left on the dishes and cutlery and adjusts accordingly. It is also very quiet and simple to operate. We also love the tub light and the third rack for long knives and other flat kitchen utensils. The only small negative is that the lower rack can get off track when pulling out to load or unload.
