This LG dishwasher is a really nice piece of contemporary kitchen equipment designed to make life a little better. It is really quiet, and easy to use machine made mostly of stainless steel, both inside and outside. It seems to be a good addition to virtually any kitchen interior. It provides every imaginable convenience one can expect from top of the line washer. I would strongly suggest all the owners to read the user’s guide as some options available require just a little bit more complex steps than a single control touch. It will definitely pay for itself as you will be able to enjoy some unusual options such as remote monitoring via smartphone application, or reminders when it is a time to add JetDry to your machine. With night mode you will hardly be able even to hear that it works. And after all the dishes come out of the machine really clean and virtually totally dry. Both myself and my spouse just love it.

We had 2-year old Maytag washer go out on us within 16 months of purchasing our home. It just wouldn't clean ANYTHING, and took forever to dry. I shopped around looking for the best dishwasher for the money; and I'm not disappointed with my choice. This LG washer is amazing! It's quiet, packed with options, and does one heck of great job on our dishes - dirty or not. This thing will blow the chrome of a trailer hitch. We haven't had it very long (1 month), so I can't attest to the longevity, but everything else is excellent. If I were to give it a con, it would be the time it took me to pull the old washer out and hook this one up. You HAVE to read the manual to know where all the hookups are. Plus, make sure all hoses are tight and clamped down before final install.

Stylish dishwasher in black stainless doesn’t show finger prints. Love the third row for loading silver ware. Has plenty of capacity for dishes and bowls or whatever. Like the design cut out on front door to open vs. having a handle and love the controls are on top and hidden. Cleans great, but is a hit louder than we thought it would be otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

This is the quietist dish washer I have ever owned. You could be standing right next to it and not know it’s running. The only thing you do hear mildly is when it’s pumping out the water. I’ve had very good results with the way it cleans your dishes. I have not had to rewatch anything yet. This LG dis easer is very roomy with adjustable rows in the bottom shelf. If you have thicker baking dishes to wash you can fold down a row to make room to set those in. Love that feature. It also had the third shelf for cooking utensils which is very useful.

This dishwasher is the best we have ever had. It is super quiet, I have to lean down to listen and see if it is running. dishes come clean every time. you do not have to scrub them before hand. LOVE the 3rd row at the top, it is so handy for water bottle lids, and knives, things that would normally fall through. cant say enough good things.

This LG dishwasher is very quiet. It has a lot of cycle options to choose from. The third rack is nice for small odd shaped utensils but does take up space so taller items don't always fit in the top rack. Over all it cleans and dries the dishes very well.

I was told by the Best Buy Salesman not to rinse the dishes before putting in dishwasher because the dishwasher detergent needed something to work on. Even though this was difficult for me, I did and was amazed. Only had one dish not come completely clean as it had melted, dried cheese on it. The upper rack adjusts up and down which allows for taller items such as skillet lids on the bottom rack. This machine is also very quite when running. All around a great buy!

I purchased this dishwasher because it had the same features as my last Bosch, but matched the other LG appliances I was purchasing. The dishwasher is every bit as quiet as my Bosch, does just as good a job, has the third small rack up top, but the LG top rack allows a portion of it to drop down to accommodate larger items up there if need be. I don't miss my Bosch dishwashers.

This dishwasher is very quiet. Cleans and dries the dishes very well. The rack adjustments work well and it is easy to move the upper rack up or down as needed to accommodate different sized items. Several different cycles to choose from.

We replaced a 25 year old dishwasher that was so loud you could not watch television while it was running! This one cleans well and is very quiet. We can even run it with company over. It does not dry well, as stated in other reviews, but a little while after the cycle is done, I open the door slightly and by the time I unload it, most of the dishes are dry. I also like the top third rack. Overall, I love it.

First 4 stars because the touch controls are way to sensitive. When its open and I am loading if my leg or knee touches the panel it will turn on and going a little crazy because there are to many cycles being selected. Now the great. This is so much better than it seems. I love it. 3rd is amazing. Sometimes we only have a few dishes and running a half load is perfect. The dishes always come out so amazingly clean. Put my coffee pot in to wash and it came out looking brand new. Normally I am scrubbing that thing with vinegar dish soap water. Quiet ...oh so quiet. Like is it really running. Need a new dishwasher? Looking at this one? Don't think about buying this one. Just do it.

We picked up this dishwasher at the same time as our new stove. The dishwasher was in the open box section and it had a minor scratch on the bottom front of the door. I was amazed at how much they had taken off the price solely for it being open box and the small scratch. We immediately jumped on the deal and got the dishwasher home to replace our old one that was from 1995 (piece of junk). The dishwasher is extremely quiet and cleans dishes really well. Since the kitchen flows into the entertainment room, we wanted something quiet that could be run while we are watching a movie. If the TV is off, you can hear the slight sound from the dishwasher. However, as soon as the TV is on with any noise, you can't hear it what so ever. The only thing I have noticed with the dishwasher is how quickly the filter cage gets grimy and stinky. My wife and I scrape our dishes prior to loading them to ensure there are no big chunks of food - and we typically run it 3-4 times per week. I have found that we have to really clean out the filter at least monthly to keep it from getting gunked up and stinky. Overall, amazing dishwasher that we will put to work without a doubt. So pleased with this dishwasher. Had a Bosch in our previous house and they are supposedly the top brand for dishwashers. We bought this LG since we purchased the oven and microwave. I was not disappointed with this dishwasher. Works very bit as well as the Bosch and maybe even a bit better! Sales person said I should not expect dishes to be dry - not sure what he was talking about as everything thing comes out very dry. I’ve used the extra heat dry and also without it and was pleased both ways. There are strict instructions not to rinse plates ahead of loading. Just scrape off big items. Was leery but works like a champ. The app leaves a bit to be desired but not bad. Features I really like are that almost all times fold down with this model, the top 3rd drawer (love) has one side that can be lowered to fit small bowels, you can lower or raise middle rack, the stainless seems to be of nice quality and wipes off fingerprints and water spots easily, the countdown timer at the top is oddly rewarding (nice to know it will be done in 12mins), and lastly the handle is the door is nice (We couldn’t have a bar type handle due to Adjacent drawers). Overall very pleased with the washer - highly recommend!

I bought this model cause of the reviews I had read and I needed a new one anyway. L.G. did not disappoint it's quiet and very efficient. Did have to get used to not have a heating ring at the bottom but was very impressed with the cleaning of pots and dishes. love the third rack for knifes and big forks/spoons. The black stainless steel definitely smug-proof

So far I'm thrilled with this dishwasher. I like being able to place knives and spatulas on the top rack. The ability to lower some of the brackets especially on the bottom makes it easy to fit larger things like frying pans. Cleans great and I'm amazed on how quiet it is. Even when I'm in the kitchen I don't hear it running.

we like it but...we are still getting adjusted to the 3rd shelf /tray on the top , and the lack of a heating coil at the bottom that dries the dishes. It is critical to use a good brand rise aide otherwise the dished will always come out very wet. The controls are on top of the door lid and depending on your counter top configuration they could be hidden and hard to see. We have to peer at an angle to see time remaining. It does do a very good job cleaning the dished.

This has to be the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. Sometimes we cant tell its even running. Cleans great, however it clocks in ay 3 hours and 24 minutes set at maximum settings including true steam. Interior is smaller than the unit it replaced.

It takes 3 hours to wash dishes.. to long. Very quiet. Dishes come out clean but not all pots and pans are clean. I like the 3rd shelf.

Runs for over three hours .... half load runs for over 2 hrs. Hoping my electric and water bills don’t go up . Dishes not dry even with high temp, overnight and extra dry features on. Love the look , racks and super quiet. Wish it had a towel bar on front since I need it to dry everything ! Third rack is very nice option.
