Purchased this for kitchen counter top. Like the picture quality and web interface. On the other hand the weird speaker arrangement sometimes 'buzzes' at certain volumes and programming. Sound quality is poor no matter which sound profile you choose in the settings. Will be adding external speakers for better sound quality. And what were they thinking when they only have optical audio output insted of 1/8" stereo jack that I could have then used any available PC speakers!

Great Picture. Lightweight and not needing a stand is a plus. Fits anywhere and has a bright picture. I would buy it again. The white matches many furniture pieces and my kitchen counters.

Love the TV. It could not be over 18 inches high in order to fit under the kitchen cabinet where I placed it. Yet the screen is 27 inches and provides a more than adequate picture. You didn't ask, but I also want to give a shout out to the really great young salesman (Josh) who listened to me patiently and understood exactly what I wanted and found it. Another shout out to the Geek Squad (Jose) who set everything up for me. Made the purchase of a really nice TV even a better experience.

Quality image, compact for below cabinet kitchen space. Speakers "tinny" and not quality they should be. 30 inch would be ideal but no one makes.

Great picture, perfect size for where we placed it, but the WebOS is really restricted. There is no way to add an app that isn't already included in the LG selection. I had to add a Roku device just to get access to my DitecTV streaming service. I actually bought a 65" LG before I realized the limitations of WebOS. I love the pictures and everything about the physical aspect of both TV's, but the WebOS is not nearly as nice as the OS on my 75" Sony. Live and learn, I'll never buy another LG. They should be sold with a companion Roku as a package.

Perfect size for under the counter! Great picture. Good sound.I love it. Con : The remote doesn’t have a mic. But most remotes are terrible! Why isn’t there a universal remote for all TVs?

My wife loves this TV. Our ancient 27" kitchen TV bit the dust last year. I bought a 24" Roku TV, but it was annoyingly small. My wife spends a lot of time in the kitchen. I got 20% off this fairly expensive TV, but as it is the only 27" countertop TV on the planet that will fit underneath kitchen cabinets, in our case, on the bar. I was very happy to find it. All other TVs have cheap little plastic supports that raise them up in the air. This one sits flat on anything. It is superb. We slapped a Roku on it and stuck the overly-complex remote behind the TV; life is good (get it? LG?).

Excellent design, modern, nice picture. However, the sound quality is worse than an old knock-off of a 1954 Western Electric earpiece. Highly recommend the unit but be ready to buy a sound bar to go with it.

Customer Service at Best Buy always deserves 1,000 stars - never had an issue and returning an open-box TV was no exception. The TV itself was well-packaged, clean-looking, and a nice size! Once we got it out of the box though, we immediately knew it wasn't what we needed.

Good picture. Easy enough to setup and install. 4 stars instead of 5, because it isn't as slim as I would have liked it to be. Also, remote is white and feels jinda of flimsy compared to my previous unit. Yrt, overall nice small screen for an office or kitchen mounting.

Purchased for my wife so she could have something in the kitchen to look at her shows vs her IPad. Perfect size for under the cabinet, lots of streaming options

Just what I was looking for! Fits seamlessly and attractively in various spots around our main floor, where we otherwise don't have a TV. We take it out when we want it, and tuck it away in the pantry when not in use. All set up with all of the SmartTV features, so we just plug it in and out. Perfect.
