I have to give credit to the delivery guy whom install my washer thank god

Purchased under $650 , love the music at end cycle

I recently purchased this LG washer and dryer. I'm not to satisfied with how it washes or drys larger loads. Seems to struggle. I had to dry my standard pillows 4x's in this dryer it wasn't able to dry them on the properly. Doesn't seem energy efficient if I have to use repeatedly to dry clothes.

I have had this LG washing machine for about 1 month. So far I am delighted. It is very quiet when it is running through its cycles, and seems to do a great job cleaning my family's clothes. The preset cycles seem to cover a wide variety of clothing that you might be washing, but you can also override the defaults and change various settings like spin speed, water temperature, and so forth. If there is a common cycle you like that is not one of the presets, you can "save" a preferred user setting to a memory button. The washer has a mechanism that automatically weighs the clothes and decides the correct amount of water for your load. The remaining time duration for your load is shown on the indicator. I think the duration varies depending on how much you are washing, since the indicator does not give an estimate until after it measures your load. Depending on the selected cycle for the type of clothes you are washing, some loads take as little as 45 minutes to clean, and other loads are about an hour. The spin cycle is very efficient, so the clothes do not need as much time in the dryer after your wash load has completed, to be dried. So far it works like a charm, and I am happy with my purchase. My wife does not like that it is fairly low to the ground (as all front load washers are), but I was not willing to spend an extra $500 to buy bases for both the washer and dryer ($250 x 2). That is just too much money for a base. I bought the washer and dryer for $699 each, and I think that was a fair price for the features that this this series model offers. Hopefully, the washer works properly for years to come.

This machine is incredible. Ours was overdue for an upgrade, so we went all out. Before the cycle starts, the machine will use a sensor to assess the most efficient settings to get the load done...seriously! So it doesn't use any extra time or water. You can create a custom cycle, throw laundry in in the morning, set it to start hours later so that when you walk in from work it's ready for the dryer without sitting wet and wrinkled...amazing! Allergy settings, even steam washing! I am beyond impressed. It even plays this adorable melody to let you know when it's finished, because it washes véry quietly compared to others! Not to mention, it's so pretty :)

We have had a washer drain that would overflow occasionally. We tried so many fixes and eventually it would overflow some months later. When we heard how little water a front load uses, I think 12 gallons compared to 40 or 50 for top loaders, we decided to invest in this set. The sterilization settings also were a feature we wanted because we have an ill child whose treatments have reduced his immune system. We are very happy with this washer. It is quieter than our old washer and has a pleasant song to let you know the load has finished. If we had to complain about anything, sometimes when we open the door a tiny amount of water will leak onto the floor. It appears to collect in the gasket and will drip out when you open the door. Not a huge amount and it does not even bother us too much. I thought I would mention it because I am sure there are people who will think this is the end of world. Get over it. This is a nice washer and does not use a lot of water.

Our new LG washing machine is great for our large family of 7! It is quiet and does an excellent job . It is also very easy to use , with lots of washing options to chose from .

I would think this product is still considered brand new; delivered Jan 3, 2016, but so far we absolutely love it. It's quiet, easy to operate, clothes are very clean, takes a full load of towels easily, as well as a set of Cal King Sheets. I do about 7 loads of laundry a week, and so far I am very pleased. It's Energy Efficient and uses very little water, which is very important to us, as we live in the desert and have tight water restrictions. I plan on updating my Review in 6 months.

Very easy to use, and extremely quiet, does a great job at washing clothes. Before I received my washer My neighbor advised me about the water hammering from the pipes and that I should install 2 water hammer aresters. I attached them between both hoses and valve and I cant even hear the machine when it is working. Also you should only use 2 tablespoons of HE liquid detergent.Also looks really nice in red.

this washer has renewed my regard for a front load washer. my last one just didn't cut it, didn't wash well, couldn't keep it clean, died too soon. I had narrowed my choices to 2 well reviewed models, a top load and this one. frankly, I chose this one because it was in stock and I could load it in my truck and get washing immediately. it has been great. I love when it weighs my clothes to see how long it should wash things for under certain settings. the clothes seem so much cleaner, maybe because all the cycles seem to be longer. And it must spin better because I feel like things dry faster too. I do feel that some of the preloaded settings are not so useful for me, but that's clearly a personal preference and it has the ability to program your preferences and its easy enough to press a few extra buttons to get what you want. It has lots of techie options if you are into that but I don't have time for all that so I can't speak on it cuz I have not used it.

My new washer is wonderful. It is easy to use with many settings automatic; however, they can be adjusted if necessary. It is very quiet. The clothes come out nice and clean. There is a short cycle for lightly soiled items that you may need in a hurry. I like that the soap dispenser can be removed for easy filling. This is my first LG appliance, and I am very impressed with the product as well as the manuals that come with it.

This washer is the best one we ever had. It is quiet and cleans like no other we ever had. My wife is just WOW about her new washer. We had originally purchased a Samsung but it was too large for our laundry room. The LG although was about same size it had a smaller depth which fit the room perfectly. All of this and we got a great price at Best Buy!!

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned!! Its quiet, and washes beautifully. My clothes are clean and fresh smelling without having to use strong perfumed washing powders. My machine stays clean, the detergent draw is still clean and sparkling after a month of washing daily!! Not so with my old whirlpool. I had to wash the detergent draw daily, dry the door seal after each wash AND leave the door open to keep it smelling reasonably. This Machine is amazing.

Works great, quiet and easy to use. Washes clothes quickly with a variety of wash options. Washing machine is sturdy and set up was quick. Displays time remaining and has a pleasant sound when load complete.

I needed a washer and dryer for my new apartment. Stepped to Best Buy for a TV and to my surprise I walked past this item. Easy to use, huge capacity and very efficient.

This washing machine is very easy to use, quiet, and works well. We had an older model LG washer, which was also very good. We are happy with our new LG washer. The only complaint I have is that gunk from the washer gets stuck under the rubber lining. We had the same issue with our older washer. It's hard to get the gunk out. Otherwise, we love our washer.

We've had this washer for about a month now. We do a lot of wash (have kids) and so far its performing well. Has a quick wash function that completes in 15-20 minutes. Steam cycle claims to disinfect and get rid of allergens - not sure how to verify those claims but its a nice feature to have. Uses very little water, but it cleans and rinses very well. Just one minor complaint. There is a removable filter behind a small door in the lower left. It is easy to put it back in place without it being seated properly, causing water to leak out and onto the floor or into the pedestal drawer. It happened to us. But I was able to figure out where the leak was. Removed the filter again and made sure it was seated and that fixed the problem.

Got this washer about a month ago, and so far, it works very well. Amazing capacity, easy to use, and cleans well (contrary to what I had read in some reviews). If I had to complain about anything: access to the cups for the detergent and bleach is awkward (but that's partially because the drawer for the cups is right up against the wall), and it seems to have trouble balancing itself during the spin cycle, especially for heavier loads, so it has to keep stopping and try to correct itself (which, in itself is actually a pretty cool feature). Highly recommend.

Purchased the LG over a similar Samsung because of reading reviews and learning that the LG controls on the dryer of a stacked unit were much easier to see and use. The machine has been outstanding. Now I have only had it for 3 weeks but have done quite a bit of laundry so far - it does an excellent job washing clothes. Stuff that was not coming clean in the old machine is much better now - I can tell a huge difference. It is also very easy to use though at first I thought all of the controls were intimidating. The user manual has a chart that makes it very easy and I recommend definitely taking 5 minutes and reading the manual. The Best Buy installation guys were also very good. Very happy so far!

I HAVE OWNED A FRONT LOADER WASHING BEFORE [ IT STAYED AT MY FIRST HOME WHEN I SOLD THE HOUSE ] AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THAT MACHINE. I JUST RECENTLY MOVED INTO ANOTHER HOME THAT HAD AN OLD TOP LOADER MACHINE AND WAS TIME TO UP-GRADE. I SPENT ALOT OF TIME COMPARING REVIEWS AND PRICES ON FRONT LOADERS AND THE LG MODELS SEEMED TO BE THE BEST RATED FOR OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND BEST BUY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND FREE DELIVERY. I COULDN'T BE MORE HAPPY WITH THIS WASHER .PERFORMS EXCELLENT IN EVERY ASPECT OF WASHING CLOTHES AND IT'S QUIET!!!!!!....
