Best washer dryer we have ever had. Super clean design and great operation. It’s quieter than typical stacking machines since it’s all one piece. Highly recommend!

LG all in one washer and dryer. I heard good things about it . I’m glad it’ll fit my electric voltage. And the staffs in the Best Buy are very professional and very knowledgeable friendly.

I’ve had this item since the top of December. It’s been great, was worried the item was not leveled off the first personal wash, but it seems to have gotten used to its area. If the level seems to be a problem I would need help. Delivery people were great and managed to deliver within a tighter frame. Am completely with the design and the opportunity to continue my purchases with Best Buy. My girlfriend wanted the Sage Green color as it blends with our darker scheme and she couldn’t be happier. I wish I could give an extra star on capacity.

Really like the slim design and how much space it freed up in our laundry room. Others have commented on it not drying loads completely and I initially had the same issue. Then I discovered that you can change the dryer setting by moving your finger up or down on the touch screen where it says 'Dry Level'. That allows you to adjust the dryness between 'Very' and 'Damp'.

So far I love this combo!! It is large in a small laundry. That was a bit jarring to see at first but the ease of use overrides that.

This tower is FANTASTIC! We replaced LG machines so no learning curve. We were having an issue getting something to fit in our laundry “closet.” Seems like everything has grown an inch or 2 over the past 8 years and it was just enough that we would have to take the doors off our laundry room or do some actual small construction to get the regular front loaders to fit. Then low-and-behold we ran across this tower in the store. I was VERY nervous about how loud it would be and the actual workings of the panel in the middle…..it wasn’t plugged in so we couldn’t see how anything worked in the store. But once they delivered this baby I was AMAZED. It’s beautiful and quiet and cleans soooo well. I highly recommend.

This was an upgrade from a Samsung front-loader set. I wanted stackable to better use my laundry room space. This is fantastic. The noise level is minimal, the controls are intuitive, and it cleans really well. In fact, it’s better than the Samsung in that the sheets don’t tangle in the dryer and it only takes one round instead of 3 to dry thoroughly. I took one star off because there was an awful odor about 3 weeks in. Seriously, use very little soap - you don’t need much. The buildup causes a mildewy smell. I drained the bottom and ran a cup of bleach in a cleaning mode, and the smell is gone. I never had that trouble with the Samsung, though. All in all, I’m really happy with this unit and it is a decided upgrade from the last.

I love this wash tower. It give me so much more space in my small laundry room. It's pretty quiet, and does a great job cleaning anything I've put in it.

I purchased The LG laundry center in white color . It ran 4 loads very well . The dryer stopped and had np flashing . Troubleshooted every option to no avail, Best Buy exchanged it with another . The second one didn’t run and flashed np . I Had electrician check out my power and it was fine . Best Buy was so helpful and they exchanged it for stackable separated wash and dryer LG . I am very happy. They work great ! Best Buy was so accommodating . They made this work out well in the best way !

We are pleased by the very low noise level of the washer at high speed spin. The controls are readily accessible and easy to use.

Important to know: You need both 220 and 110 plugs for this to operate! That was an issue for us since we only had 220 and had to add 110. Also the 220 cord for the dryer is not included so you need to purchase that separately. Otherwise this is beautiful and quite and love it!

Huge space saver! Pretty quiet and does a great job. Steam dry is great for wrinkles. Never knew I could love a washer and dryer!

Outstanding price and product. Quiet and many options for cleaning. Love the smart features that set the drying time based on clothes being washed. Learning curve on the phone app though. Compact design.

This set is easy to use and the capacity is perfect to wash lighter comforters. Very satisfied with this unit.

So far so good. Itʻs really too early to give a reasonable review, but after 2 months the Tower has been great. The main plus of this tower in the footprint it takes up. We get a front load washer/drying into a space that would NOT be able to accommodate a traditional front load combo. We were looking at a severely undersized Samsung unit or the Kenmore/GE stacked combos that we had in our condo. It was fine and we would have gotten that if the LG Tower didn't appear. This is a no compromise unit with a very reasonable foot print. The only reason I cannot give it 5-Stars, is that only 2 months in - thereʻs no way to know if itʻs durable. And in the big scheme of things, durability might really be worth 2.5 stars by itself.
