So far so good. Very clear picture and volume good

TV is 3 months old. Got a pretty good deal from Best Buy. However, suddenly got stripes down the right side of the TV. Called Best Buy and they would have the Geek Squad come look at it for $100. When we didn't want to do that, they referred us to LG. After literally HOURS on the phone with them, they referred to a local repair person who could take weeks just to come look at it. THEN, we might have to wait more weeks for parts, if needed. Such a hassle. Not at all helpful on the phone.

I bought this TV for the bedroom and it does the job fantastically, however the black levels are not that great and this is really noticeable at night when all the lights are off. Other then that small issue it is a great TV for the money and I am plenty happy with it.

I only have one complaint. I do not like how the screen picture size will not change to my full screen. I know some of the old formats do not change and I have already changed screen ratio to no avail. Everything else is wonderful.

A great tv and was lucky to have the Sony regional manager to go over the entire benefit of this model. We are very happy to have purchased it and would recommend it also. So far so good.

The TV arrived at the door in perfect shape... it was very easy to set up ..it's absolutely perfect and it works great ..but the speakers ..the sound.. could use a little bit of improvement I would recommend this to a friend

The picture isn't wonderful but it could also be the location and the cable input. It's just OK for a TV. We have other LG TVs and they are better and that is why we bought this one. It will be used primarily to watch DVDs.

I love everything about it except not being able to turn off the voice over when you change the channels, volume etc. I tried to research on how to turn it off because it scares my infant but I was unsuccessful

Not a SMART TV, didn't need it. Only flaw I had was the stand that comes with it is a little flimsy and too and far apart. Need a big something to put it on because the feet are just about on each end.

Best thing about this lg is the voice assistance! Perfect for the semi visually impaired. Tells you what functionality is going on when using the remote.

I bought this tv and it has held up well. Rarely it will restart for no reason which was odd. It has only happened about 3 times since I've had it the last couple of years.

I like it except for when we turn it on or off it comes on and loudly tells you. Same with the volume. We cannot figure out how to get this stop this annoying feature. HELP!

I bought a Samsung SmartTV, but I couldn't get SmartHub to play all of the apps. I took it back and got this TV with a Fire Stick. I love it! The TV is an excellent product for the money.

We use this as a monitor for our security cameras. It works perfect for it's purpose. I don't think it would make a great primary TV but as a security monitor it's perfect.

I love this television because the resolution is unreal. The clarity is excellent, and I can see the background pictures on the screen. This is a great but for $250.

Got this on sale. Was pleasantly surprised when I got the T.V. how many added features it had. And the size works perfectly in our breakroom. Would definitely buy this again.

The apps respond slowly, the speakers aren't loud enough but the picture is good and it was inexpensive.

It’s a cheap fix for entertainment but but good for its price. Preform exactly how I imagine it. Sound quality is not he best and the Hd is not a true hd.

bought this tv less than 3 years ago and have had it 2 maintenances done on it within the past month. The remote for the tv broke about 12 months into owning it. The power button for the tv is very flimsy and fell right out of the bottom. This past time a green line had appeared on the left side of the tv. Up until now the tv has been great, but I think its just time to get a new one. The quality just doesn't hold up.

We bought the tv for our lake home - warning! The start up voice sounds muffled/unclear. We were concerned that the soeakers were damaged however it was just the automated voice that was muffled. Other than that-si far so good.
