    Honestly, I am a little upset because I bought the TV open box and 'excellent certified'. However when I cam home and tried to put the TV up on the stands, I found out that the TV did not come with any screws. This is very frustrating and I am disappointed in best buy for not noting this. As for the TV, it works fine which I am glad, but I have not been using it because I am waiting for the screws to come out of back order before I can truly use the TV.
