I don’t have cable so when you turn on the TV it’s never on the Home Screen it’s on the regular TV channels and since I don’t have cable or an antenna it always says no signal and I personal don’t like that.

Not very user friendly

TV worked for a week, only way to turn it on or off is with remote control which no longer works. I have to unplug the TV to turn it off and plug it back in to work. Even then I can not access all functions with the remote control. I went on UTUBE for help - lots of options to correct - unfortunately non work. I don’t recommend this TV.

WIFI doesn't work

Wifi doesn't work. No, it was not my wifi as everything else worked just fine but this crappy tv that would work for a few minutes and then drop the connection. I still tried all the suggested fixes I could find to no avail. Through this search I found out it is a well-known issue with LG tvs that they seem to have a software/hardware issue that can be resolved for some time but most of the time the "fix" has to be done every so often. Sometimes the issue is a location settings change and others it's a physical cleaning of the wifi card inside the tv. No thank you! I suggest you look elsewhere and away from LG tvs altogether. The search continues.

Speakers are cheap and the sound is terrible. Have to add external speakers.Should have withheld release until software more user friendly. I bought two of these TVs and I regret having done so. The picture quality is good but that is the only plus.

Does not connect to Alexa as advertised. Worked with Alexa on and off for a couple weeks, and then stopped working with Alexa altogether. Researched and trouble shot the issue cannot find a resolution. TV is now passed return date and I cannot return it.

slow warm up

Our other TVs (some older, some newer) turn on to the channel (cable or local station) right away. Wouldn't buy another LG just for that reason.

It is however, excruciatingly slow, disconnects itself from the internet every single time it is turned off… and the screen has a permanent wave in the background. It’s getting 2 stars because the UHD does work nicely. My advice is to get date your money elsewhere
