    The color isn’t as vibrant as other brands I have purchased. I bought for a spare bedroom or I would have gladly returned this item and looked around. I still may do that. Seems like it’s a waste of my money to hold on to it as long as I am on the window.

    Seemed like a good tv until I bumped into it and the screen wont work now. Hope Best Buy will help me with my situation, but of course the return period just barely ended. We,ll see. Not looking too promising though

    TV WAS CONNECTED/PLUGGED FOR 4 DAYS BEFORE IT HAD IT'S FIRST PROBLEM, I WATCH TV FOR NO MORE THAN 3/4 HRS/DAY, THE 4TH MORNING, TURN IT ON, CAN HEAR SOUND, JUST NO PICTURE. PERFORMED ALL TROUBLESHOOTING POSSIBLE, NO TV NEEDS SERVICE & CAN'T BE RETURNED DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Terrible cheap remote. No Bluetooth, No alexa, and blah picture. I returned this TV and will be sticking with Samsung! This is the bottom of the barrel model.

    Bought 2 of these TVs for each of my kids bedrooms. One of them will not stay connected to WiFi. :( just found out because we didn’t open and use immediately and now we ar out of return window.

    This tv works as a tv. The apps on it will not stay connected and it buffers consistently. I even direct connected into the router. I have many other brands of TVs and have never had this issue. I’m very disappointed and won’t purchase another LG.

    I bought 10 of these TVs in 2021 I already had to replace 6 of them this brad lgs are a real bad tv and Best Buy will not do any thing about this

      Based on your experience, your disappointment is understandable. It is important to check your online purchase as soon as possible in the event there is anything missing or damaged, as retailers have a short return/exchange window. Outside of the return window, customers need to check with their manufacturer, however most will not cover delivery or physical damage. Keep this in mind next time you purchase a new TV.
