Works amazing in my large living room. 16x14 room and keeps it @ 72 when it’s 90+ outside. And it’s super quiet on high. The wifi is awesome, ability to turn and off from anywhere is great

Installed yesterday to replace a recalled Midea U unit. We were worries about noise moving back to a traditional box unit, but the dual inverters do a great job of cooling with minimal noise. Installation was a bit wonky, but that has more to do with the old windows. The provided brackets are definitely not a one-size-fits-all solution, but we are able to make it work. It’s nice they provide insulation foam to cover the accordion window covers. I find those never work well, and these made it feel much more insulated. Since we are doing a more permanent install, we ended up using additional insulation foam, but I think the provided solution would work well for temporary applications. I would worry about the adhesive holding up through multiple installs.

This ac is such an improvement. It is quiet and turns on gradually so you barely hear it. It cools without that typical air conditioned feeling- hard to describe but much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

Great air conditioner. Currently its Cooling my 650sq ft space with no problem and have been running it for about a year and a half. Quiet but powerful.

Compared to my last air conditioner it's really great. It doesn't sound like a dead car fighting for life when it starts and it keeps the room it's in very cool.

Super quiet and cools down a room near instantly. Love the remote and app. Cleaning can be a bit of a hassle. Make sure to lean it out the window otherwise you will get water in the house.

This air conditioner is very quiet and cools the room down pretty fast. I think it also helps with humidity control.

This LG smart air conditioner is perfect. It cools and dries several rooms, runs very quietly and efficiently. The LG app on my phone lets me control it very easily, which is even better than the remote, and indicates when to clean the filter (also super simple). Sleep mode is soothing, whisper quiet and will turn off when desired. The installation by Best Buy Total Tech was also great. I'm very happy with this purchase!

The LG AC cools the room quickly and runs quietly, which is great for both daytime and sleep. Energy efficiency is solid.

Very good air conditioner so far cooling is amazing on every fan level and barely any noise so quiet clean and nice looking and easy access filter and Best Buy team members professional install makes it perfect best lg model so far better than my previous one that was even more brushed than this one and didn’t even cool half as much as this one and was louder

Very cold AC with nice features the LQ THINQ app is great and easy to share access with someone. AC is very quiet.

I needed an AC on an emergency basis due to my HVAC system going kaput and heard a lot of good things about this. Installation was a breeze and its really cold. Sometimes I have to turn it off because it would turn the room too cold. Not to mention its feature where it would use the water from the condenser and use it to further cool the air coming out is pretty great. I highly recommend this AC

Alittle pricey….but we’ll worth it….Had a hot humid summer and this thing did a awesome job of keeping our main living quarters cool. Very quiet and looks great. Also has a high efficiency rating which helped keep the power bill in control. I also own many LG products and this one like the others did not disappoint.

So far I love this A/C. It is fairly heavy so be sure to have some kind of support if your location isnt fully up to the task. The LG app was a little buggy and took a few tries to get this unit to sync with the app. However once it connected its been great as well.
