Wow this new washer is Amazing! LG is a Great brand. I would never use any other manufacture ever. I highly recommend this product. Excellent cleaning, no excess water and the various cycles are Awesome.... We wash between 15-20 loads a week. With 3 teenagers in the house and various football gear we are always washing. Performs better than other comparable products in the same category. Don't look further LG is the way to go.

The washer and dryer set was great. The installer did scratch the side if the washer during the initail installation due to the tight space. It was missing the stacking kit so they could install it. They missed the delivery date and didn't let me know until I called which wasted 5 hrs of my time waiting on a Sunday afternoon. The rep made it up buy sending me the stacking kit free of charge. The 2nd installation was great as they were catefoll not to scratch the washer any further.

This replaced my 21 year old LG Front loader which I loved. I knew I wanted another LG Front loader and I am absolutely in love with the color and how it works. It cuts my wash time by over half and the cycle selection and options are great. It is an added plus that I get a text when the wash is down! The drum size is fantastic and I will be able to wash my king size comforter easily. It has also reduced the number of loads I do.

A big upgrade from my previous front-loader (a Maytag by Whirlpool). This one gets the clothes cleaner in less than half the time. A typical load in the Maytag was 49 minutes - this one does it 21 minutes! WiFi was a little difficult to set up because it only handles 2.4 GHz and if you have 2.4/5 ghz mesh system, it won't connect. Kill the 5 ghz side temporarily on your router and/or unplug satellites to work around it. But once it's going, love the fact that it can alert me when the wash is done. Very happy so far.

Had this washer for almost a month now, love it so far. Nice looking, quieter than any other washer I've used. The clothes came out really clean.

This washer is so quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning. Great number of presets make washing easy.

After about 4 weeks the washer is still performing well. Four weeks isn't sufficient time to offer a meaningful review. If I were writing this review a year from now, I would give it five stars quite enthusiastically. I purchased this washer because of its size (5 cf) and availability (I waited only 4 days to have it delivered and installed). I don't think I would make the steam feature a very high priority in purchasing a washer. It is very hard to detect any difference in how the clothes come out using the steam feature.

This washer works great. It has a lot of options and runs fairly quietly.

This is the best washer I have ever used. The clothes come out so clean in an efficient manner that saves me detergent. Also, kudos to the crew that came out and completed the task. Under the supervision of a Geek squad person the setup and testing was thorough and complete. 5 stars

This washer makes almost no noise and the clothing comes out really clean and smelling great. Excellent functionality and easy to use.
