We had an LG washer at our previous home. The buyer wanted us to leave it. We purchase this LG when we arrived at our new home and we are not disappointed. This is a great washer

I purchase a GE set and return it in less than 30 days and purchase this LG set on 1/25 and for the most part however I am washing a few pillows, and the washer will not spin dry it keeps saying the machine is unbalance so I have two pillows that I can't dry. Not sure I could recommend this product

I used to have top loaded washer before. Biy, I did not know the difference. I think front loaded washer so much better. Washing good, senses load, impeccable job. Love it!

My wife loves doing laundry again with this set. This washer is super efficient and work’s excellent! I do appreciate using this and the matching dryer we bought, it’s top of the line!

This washer is amazing, cuts down normal wash time to half then usual washers. My Samsung washer that I replaced with this was doing a “normal load” in 47 minutes. This LG washer does the same load on “normal” mode in 29 minutes. Saves you time and money on your water bill! Also the washer can hold a decent amount of detergent and it auto dispenses it for every wash, when you get low on detergent or softener it lets you know and beeps at you. Overall I rate this washer an absolute 10/10

I have only had the 6500 set for about two weeks so far. Upgraded from a HE top loader - impressed with the drastically reduced cycle times compared to the machine it replaced. Has all the same cycles and features as the 6700 (aside from auto-dispense detergent). I prefer the tray layout and benefits of measuring my own detergents/softeners which the 6700 does not allow to be done for softener.

Washer is great! I am so glad I chose it. Installation was smooth. There is a little learning curve, but intuitive enough to run a load right away.

This is one of the worst appliances I have ever purchased. Let's take a look at ALL the things that are wrong with it, and I have only had it around 6 months. 1 - It gives a drainage error EVERY SINGLE TIME I wash anything. We have always taken very good care of the machine, including cleaning out any filters, etc. We have done everything to rectify this problem of having constant drainage errors. We now have to keep a vacuum next to the washing machine to "clear" the "clog" for a load to even finish. 2 - The screen on the front knob is unreadaable about half the time. (see photo) We have to unplug it to reset the screen. It will stay fixed for a couple of days and then become unreadable again. 3 - The machine WILL NOT DRY in AI mode no matter what we do. The clothes come out warm and soaking wet. The machine will dry on every other cycle, except for any of the AI stuff. So, please save yourself some annoyance and buy absolutely anything on planet Earth except this machine. We have someone "coming out to look at it". However, I don't see how they are going to be able to fix this lemon.

Very spacious and user friendly. Easy to use, settings are easily accessible. The application works well and the customizations are one of a kind.

I was reluctant to buy at first because of the small LCD display. I only had it a couple of days but find it works fantastic. Love the wi-fi capabilities and alerts of cycle completion.

Very easy to use! Easy access to throw in clothes which i love because i don’t have to bend down getting the clothes out of the dryer or washer!

I did a lot of research before buying and it seems this model has a good reputation for reliability and functionality.

I love my l g washer and dryer. It's very easy to operate especially Turning the controller to AI. It washes perfectly and the clothes are dry just as they should be.
