    New Lg Gas Stove

    Gas connector purchased with stove was incorrect size . Fortunately the installer had proper one. Also an adaptor for electronics had to be purchased for stove.

    The worse experience with best buy

    Good product however I had the worse experience with costumer service and the sale person. They helped me to buy the product however It was not true the discount they supposed to give me. At the end I had to pay for the purchase more than other stores were offering me. They basically made me to accept a membership to get discounts and my partner a credit card for other discounts, but did not get the discount the offered. I could not return the product because it was already installed in my place. I had the worse experience with best buy. I will never return to best buy to buy anything.

    We have had this range for 7 months and have had LG service here 4 times for the same issue. They are now replacing parts that were replaced 2 months ago! I am sure this is a stall tactic to get to the end of the warranty. I would not recommend this LG range.

    This review isnt on the product it is on order fulfillment with Best Buy/Pacific Sales. The item purchased was supposed to be open box/excellent. What was received was open box/ good which doesnt seem like a big deal BUT IT IS! The bottom left corner has a large dent! It was picked up by my contractor who didnt catch it until installation. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!

    the stove came without same parts i have not been able to use it i have been waiting almost 2 months for a new one i do not recommended that you buy at best buy thanks

    Initally purchased this range due to its high ratings? BUT, the oven portion of this unit decided to take a dump on me after TWO Years and four months of service! GEEK SQUAD-dispatched "technician" on three different occasions to diagnose/address issue; no luck! Instead, I got excuses saying the product has a defective harness and cord (told this on third visit; was told I had to pay $188 for these parts). BUT, I was not charged due to the range failing to work-after install of parts. NOTE: technician had replaced the motherboard, ignitor, and thermostat first two visits! LG Customer service, awful. Could not speak with a "human voice"; communication was via Chatbox; repeatedly saying the same verbiage over, AND OVER! NOW, this is where I pay homage to the "Black Shirts" that work at Best Buy, I reference the color of shirt because I question the overall knowledge of the "Blue Shirt" staff. Ms. Lindsay (Black Shirt), was the GREATEST! she was able to rectify this matter by junk-out the LG; allowing me the opportunity to select another range (Definitely not a LG). Probably being that steady customer purchasing darn near all my technology from Best Buy for almost 15 years probably helped in turning this experience from a HEADACHE to a SUCCESS!
