Two months to get a freezer. Really not happy and not one time was I asked to be compassionated for my inconvenience.

We don't open often but I have to constantly try to get the ice build up off. There is more ice than contents. Reminds me of the freezers from the 70's.

There was a slight damage to the door, but not serious. Only used for about one week , very pleased so for.

Also, you're not able to put ice cream or cheese on the top for it isn't cold enough and the bottom draw is to collect water when you defrost. Wasted space on the top and bottom. I ended up returning this to get a larger freezer that defrosts.
