1. Advertised as Frost Free..It is NOT... :-(
2. Returned the product. Now, since I got rid of my non-frost free to make room, I am without a freezer!
3. The door shelves are extremely narrow. Cann't imagine what they where designed for.

Will talk about delivery first they weren't helpful, didn't want to take out of box. When i read manual found out it's not frost-free as told.

I have owned this unit for just under two months. It runs very quiet! It keeps our food frozen at a constant 0*F. It has no adjustable shelves; other than that we are so far very satisfied with this item!

Purchased at another retailer for less money and we really like our new freezer. We purchased an LG refrigerator from Best Buy a couple of years ago which arrived damaged and reported it prior to delivery guys leaving and received a credit but I should have made them replace it, it looks terrible on one side and after that experience I didn't want to have it again. Looks like not much has changed and that's unfortunate. It's a nice little freezer that allows for much less stress in trying to calculate how much to purchase at the grocery store. We wish the shelves were adjustable but given that it's being used in addition to the one already in the kitchen it's pretty much perfect for our needs.
