Great tv for the money!

Picture quality is great unless you plan to setup in a room where viewers may be diagonally positioned from the screen, as the picture fades and washes out a bit around 45°. Sound quality is better than most TVs if you plan to run without a sound bar or other solution. Love being able to easily display videos from my iPhone to the tv and also having easy access to Prime Video and Netflix. Amazing tv, especially for the price.

The only thing that really bothers me is all the calls and emails from people offering extended warranties. You are giving or selling your customer lists to these companies that bombard customers with calls and emails. The same exact thing happened a couple of months ago when I purchased a washing machine. Stop doing this or you will lose customers. I will think it over before buying from Best Buy because of this.

I selected an LG because I own one and find the interface easy to use. Unfortunately this tv did not have the same remote and interface which made it more challenging for my aging mother to use. That is the only reason I am deducting a star. The picture quality is great and my mother loves it though I have to do some tech support when she gets lost trying to do something.
