    Honestly it scratches at in all places. The heating area of the stove only heats in the middle, and the sides heat up super slowly.

    So fore the product is good but ordering from Best Buy getting it shipped to me was a disaster I had 3 damaged stoves I got the wrong plug if ordering this item connect everything yourself or hire some one else instead of letting geek squad do it

    Had multiple delivery delays. Was defective and went with the LG. Installers did not complete set up. Had to figure it out ourselves., never leveled with counter. Purchased Memorial Day Sale It took until the week before Labor Day (May to Sept) awful service. You don’t even take customer phone calls at stores.

    Didn’t go well. First 2 came damaged. 3rd one was finally not damaged
