    I like the oven. Purchased this in Jan of 22 and now the touchpad doesn't work. So if you want the oven higher than 350 I have to unplug or reset the fuse!

    This is based on the customer service with Best Buy. We bought an open box item, and when it was delivered, the driver dropped it off the truck. Obviously we couldn’t take shipment and with Best Buy. They offer no solutions. It’s been two weeks and I’m officially over it. Returned.

    Ordered this product over a month ago. It did not make the first delivery date. Didn’t ever receive a call, email or text notifying me of the cancellation… The internet says on many different forums that LG stoves are back ordered.. I wish Best Buy sales people knew what was going on.. Whata bummer…

    The oven itself is amazing!! Sadly, this item never made it to me through Best Buy’s I had to buy it elsewhere. Because the night before my expected delivery, it was suddenly unavailable for two more months.

    two or more burners ignite simultaneously, when only one burner is turn to "light". No clue how to fix this. Over $2,000 to buy, and malfunctioning after less than 3 weeks of use.

    Used airfryer and saw flames comming out of fan inside the oven. Opened the door and smoke came out... very scary...

    Range came with everything, no parts missing. Had to convert to propane from gas but the parts were included and with the help of YouTube it was an easy job. It was the right dimensions as advertised and slide right into position. It works great and we are happy. This is an honest review not being paid and i don't work for Best Buy.

    Have just installed the oven so a complete review is not possible. Not impressed with all spark igniters are activated when trying to ignite a specific burner, the lower drawer seems a bit flimsy as well as I had to remove a screw on the right slide to remove the lower drawer to adjust the rear adjustment screws. Burners do work well but have not yet used the oven.

    We made the jump from electric to gas

    So far, we love it. The range was set up for natural gas and we had to convert to LP. One thing to note is we could not find any service to do the conversion. My husband chose to convert the range himself. Even though you are provided instructions, the task is quite laborious. Make sure if you have to convert, you find a serviceman first. Also, the size gas line for a range may be different compared to LP gas heaters or logs. The burners lit perfectly and cook wonderfully. Oven cooks great. One negative is the bottom drawer is not easy to grasp to open, and feels flimsy. But overall, we love it.

    I am very pleased with this range. The reason for purchase is Consumers Report gave it a very high rating . It definitely doesn’t disappoint when it comes to speed of cooking and baking. Very easy to install without the use of a professional thanks to thorough instructions supplied. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the high quality enamel surfaces.

    I can’t give 5 stars…4.5 would be more accurate only because the control panel doesn’t light up and is difficult to see. Otherwise it’s been great so far!
