  • TV is ok but I was given the wrong Remote

    Have been having many issues with remote and we always thought that it was the batteries or our positioning of the device. When reached out to LG for a replacement we found out that we given a wrong remote model. Now they are not covering it as they claim that it's out of warranty. Very bad. Let's see if Best Buy fixes this.

    My only issue with this set is that the image on the tv gets brighter around the remote cursor and the closed captions.
