I have an LG OLED and love it -- I wanted a similar user experience but with better bright room performance so I decided this would be a good fit. Biggest letdown: local dimming / black levels CAN be good, but there are some serious blooming issues when you have something bright over something dark. Even the "mouse cursor" (which is white) moving across a dark movie shows a white "bloom" or "haze" around the mouse cursor. For this price, and in a competitive category with OLED, I would NOT get this TV.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the TV and picked it up at Best Buys at valley stream on Oct 31st at the curb side.when the TV was brought out it was packed already.I asked if the remote and TV leg is included the store associate told me yes.the TV was shipped out to Ghana, it took 6 to 8 weeks for the TV to arrive, when the package was opened it was missing the remote and the TV leg.I called today and i was told by Best buy representative that there's nothing they can

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't mean to be snarky but for the same price, LG's own OLED C1 is far superior in every way from picture quality to gaming features. This is a good enough TV but not when it's priced the same as the C1 for $1800. Blacks and contrast simply aren't as good as the OLED.
