I thought this was a great idea. I even had Best Buy install it. But The remote is shaky and imposible to control. I still can't get the streaming services I have paid for even though they are listed. Dish helped me to get their service.

Power board issue right out of the box. We took it out of the box, mounted it and the screen won’t turn on. Contacted LG and it’s a power board issue that requires a technician to come out and fix. Will be returning since we can’t trust a brand new TV straight out of the box to work.

The TV was excellent in it's OLED technology however if you are watching media in anything other than native 4K it looks grainy. The upscaling technology onboard if there is any is not good. I ended up returning this item and keeping my old Samsung TV since it handled older content much better. If the trade off for color contrast is worse picture quality I'd much rather have the picture quality. Unless you are watching purely native 4K content look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV IF YOU OWN AN XBOX SERIES X. LG has a driver issue and this TV does not work with a series X they refuse to address and fix it and claim its an Xbox issue. It just loses signal all day.
