TV is as slow as molasses when operating. Whether youre changing channels, switching apps or any function. The TV moves very slowly. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this TV.

Worst purchase ever. Right off the bat I knew I made a mistake. This TV is extremely slow and doesn’t work properly at all. None off the apps work, Netflix, Hulu etc. I keep getting error codes and the tv constantly glitches out. It says it might be my network but I’ve tried everything from wiring directly to router as well as placing it closer to my router. WiFi is not the issue. Tv is also extremely slow when navigating through it.

It is a nice TV. Wi- Fi went out on it fairly quick. Can't find Wi - Fi signals at all. Thankfully it has ethernet port.

This TV is an absolute pile of garbage. It constantly disconnects from the internet at random - with a different solution to get it to reconnect. It's very slow to respond to the remote buttons, so it takes you too far back or in a different direction. The web browser is useless. It won't download decent apps. It randomly reorganizes your apps, so you have to go back and change that. If I could set this thing on fire in my back yard I would. This thing is absolute junk.
