This TV is actual garbage. It is so slow that it basically crashes anytime you try to change an app. Picture quality is okay but spare yourself the trouble and just don’t buy an LG at all.

Terrible response time some apps lag to the point of not wanting to spend the evening waiting. Sound is tinny and obnoxious. Otherwise a nice television for the price. Am returning it tomorrow.

Horrible TV will not buy again. Will not keep a connection to my WI-FI. All of the other arc’s in my house have no issues. Does not remember my log in for all of the smart TV apps. This TV is a waste of money

I might be get old and grumpy but this TV is terrible! The TV incapable of producing any dark colors in any lighting environment. Looks great when powered down, could easily be used for staging homes or props. Stay away fro this one and get you a better LG TV.

Not had this product for a month and this last week we have had to unplug it almost everyday because it will not connect to wifi. Of course we are just outside return date.

We got this Smart TV with the purpose to use the technology in it to be able to cut Cable. We have picked up YouTube TV at the recommendation of the Geek Squad and our own research. So far, we are happy with our decision. We really like the size and picture quality, especially for the price. However, in order to connect more devises to the TV, we would like one more HMDI outlet. But the Geek Squad told us about getting a Splitter to do connect more devices.
