Very nice Television. Recently moved and my 55" was to small. This 65" works great.

I have had this TV for more than a year. I really wish I hadn’t bought it. The sound is awful. Very muffled.. even although there are multiple setting. It also lags.. audio and video are often out of sync even when adjusting or selecting bypass in AV sync. Picture usually very good but how can anyone enjoy the content you are watching when things don’t sound clear or are out of synch. A Best Buy guy talked me into this purchase .. I wish I had gone elsewhere.. don’t buy this awful product.. I paid $850 for mine.. a waste of money as I am now stuck with it. I may just junk it and buy a new Samsung .. then if I add $850 to the cost of a new TV you could say that my new TV cost $850 plus the cost of the new one. Sooo disappointing.

    Very poorly designed remote

TV is fine but the remote is most user-unfriendly thing I’ve ever used. I don’t think I’ve ever hated an inanimate object as much as I hate this remote. Would not buy again.

Hi, Bob. Thank you for sharing your feedback about the LG TV (65NANO75UQA) model. We’re glad to hear that you like the TV but understand your concern with the remote control. We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure a smooth and seamless experience. For a better user experience, you might consider using the LG ThinQ app, which allows you to control your TV from your smartphone. This can often provide a more intuitive and user-friendly interface compared to the physical remote. For guidance, you may visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-set-up-the-lg-thinq-app-on-your-lg-smart-tv--20152745625356. If you’re still having trouble or have specific issues with the remote, please reach out to us on social media @LGUSSupport. We’re here to help and can provide additional tips or explore alternative solutions to enhance your experience. ^Juvy LG
