Pairing from phone to tv is clunky. Returning tv and getting an Samsung. Who watches anything other then sports on a 65” tv

Blurry Picture

The set comes with preset configurations for picture (i.e. sharpness, brightness, etc.) but I was unable to tweak to my satisfaction.

It has great smart features and has the EARC if you wanted to get top-quality sound. The issue is the thickness. I don’t think a 2021 model should be this heavy and thick.

Had the install appointment in between 12pm and 8pm, specifically because I had to work until Noon that day. Geek Squad ended up calling me at 11:15 AM that day telling me they were on their way to my house, when I indeed scheduled that specific time range because I didn’t get off work until 12PM that day. So I had to rush out of work to go home, to only be disappointed that Geek Squad showed up at my house not until 3pm that afternoon! Extremely disappointed in the scheduling from the Best Buy Associate! Also, I ordered a dishwasher the same day as my tv, to be installed on a particular time and day, to only receive another disappointing phone call from the installers for Best Buy to tell me they didn’t have any installers the Friday afternoon I had scheduled to get my dishwasher installed. They had me reschedule yet another day, to install the dishwasher because the time that the Best Buy Associate did not work for the installers once again! Extremely disappointing knowing I just spent a good amount of money with this company, Best Buy, to be so unprofessional with their scheduling. Will reconsider taking my needs for electronics elsewhere, so I can be properly appreciated as a customer should at another company.

Returned the 65” bc of terrible back light bleed at the bottom of the frame. The replacement has the same bleed but in more areas around the bottom. Returning it today. I will be purchasing a different brand.
