You get what you pay for. There was a light shinning through on the bottom left. It takes a bit of tweaking to get the picture right. Only 2 hdmi. I wish I would have research more. The TV interface is terrible. I wasn’t going to pack it back up and return it, since it was only $500. But believe me I thought about it. I don’t recommend this at all.

This TV had some significant light bleed through on the bottom. The picture was ok but the menu was busy and frustrating. There were sections full of shows or options that could only be accessed with a paid subscription and there was no way to remove it from the dashboard. I returned it.

The TV was two years old and broke five days short of the warranty running out. Best Buy won't fix or send out a technician because they say the TV isn't within the warranty time frame. I called in my repair order on May 11; a diagnostician came out for free under the warranty on May 16. Repair would begin May 23. Best Buy refused to honor the warranty.

Love the Tv but because the day of install they only had a tv hanger that was double the cost, pretty much you want the Tv installed this is what we have!!. Best Buy is better than that seeing they had my order well in advance. Disappointing .. installers did a Great Job

Unboxed the TV and spent time running wires in the wall and mounted it just to see the edge lighting at bottom of screen is messed up. Price was fair so im not upset about it, im not taking the time to pull it down and remove the wires just to swap it out.

The delivery service was great but the TV has a problem. At the bottom right, there is a light at the bottom of the TV. I should return it but its a big tv and I don’t want to full with returning it now. Without this issue it would be great tv.

The sound bar sucks. It will not work. It’s past the 15 days and Best Buy washes their hands. It’s all through the manufacture now. Whe ever heard of a 15 day return policy.
