I made this purchase in April of 2022. I’m not much of a tv watcher and I had only watched this tv maybe twice a month. In April of 2023, the picture went out. It played great the day before. It still has sound. I haven’t gotten rid of it because I still have hope that I’ll plug it in and picture mysteriously reappears. The one time I didn’t pay for a warranty… smh.

A really poor quality. There are a lot of broken pixels and after month lightning appeared on corners and in the middle of the screen. After software update the interface started to work slow. Sound quality is so bad that speakers on my laptop working much better. In addition LG service doesn't solve the problem about half of the year.

I will not buy any LG products anymore. They sent me a broken tv and it’s been 4 months trying to get someone from LG to fix it. They offered me reimbursement that will take another month to process.

Got this TV twice and turned out to be defective both times. It has a yellow tint when the screen is dark. There's also light leaking from the bottom.

The absolute worst TV I’ve ever had. It would turn on/off randomly, the packaging was awful. For some reason they had tape on the actual screen which was hard to pull off without messing the screen up. Would not recommend as main tv. I was able to return it and get a Samsung which was WAYYYYYYY BETTER

So far so good but it's still early, because I bought a TV from Best Buy last May and it crapped out in December. That's why I bought this New LG. This you can take to the Bank Best Buy. If this TV crap out less than a year it will be the last time that I buy a TV from Best Buy!!!

Aware of this model, its very lagging when you try selecting the apps. Not good. I rather try samsung or other LG. The price was at 600 when i got it, less than a year, it started to act up.
