    Purchased/returned 2 of these for the exact same issues. 1st tv straight out of the box had yellow spots on screen all around the perimeter that stood out terribly. 2nd tv didn't have them at first but about a day later bam, all there. Bought a Samsung after and never looked back.

    This tv is garbage, brought it home and the usb cables didn’t work, I went to the store and the manager fixed everything for me, I ended up getting a Sony 65 in, a little more money but worth every penny, thank you Best Buy for fixing my issues, special thanks to the manager!!

    It would be nice to have my purchase of over 3 weeks ago to evaluate. Since someone on your end has dropped the ball, I have no TV. All I have is conflicting delivery status from emails and person to person phone calls from around the globe.

    Bought 2 tv, 2 wall mounts and protection service only to find out when the techs came to install that they could not. Brackets would not work for the wall system in my business and they had no idea where to get the brackets I needed.

    The lips and sound aren't in sync a lot of the times. It plays scenes over again. It goes to commercial in the middle of scenes and we miss part of whatever we're watching. I'll never buy another LG product.

    Not pleased with this tv !! Had issues with the picture from the start. Screen is dark and there are odd lights that shine up.Also the speakers are crappy .

    Best buy did not deliver our product. They claim it was. We ordered 2 items. 1 was delivered with a picture of our porch. The big TV listed as delivered at same time? No picture, no TV.

    Not a very well thought out design...Ethernet and optical output are right in front of mounting bracket so you can't connect to them and there's only 2 HDMI ports... Unbelievable
