On top of it they are insanely slow, lose connection continuously and don’t have some or the most basic of features. Save your money or better yet spend a few extra bucks on a Samsung or literally any other brand. Any issue I have with this tv when googled or searched on YouTube for a solution there are hundreds/thousands of other complaints of the same prolonged issues.

Junk , wouldnt reccomend ,constantly freezes up.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The UI in this tv is absolutely garbage , the tv freezes at least 20 times a day even to the point you can turn it off to unfreeze it , wifi connection is awful so much so that we tried hardwiring it to ethernet and it didnt help because the tv now just freezes i stead of freezing and also losing connection. We are returning it.

HDMI ARC nightmare

Within a couple of days the TV loses ARC recognition and I have to unplug the TV for the receiver to show again. Worked fine with my other TV (Insignia). I'm not displeased with the picture, I just want it to work. I really like it when it works.

Screen issues, 2nd try same issue.

I thought the first one I bought was just a fluke so I exchanged it, just to have the second have it too. I will now have to repackage this again and drive back for a return. I will not be buying another LG.

Sound system does NOT work

Volume will randomly disappear, faulty bug.

Ordered the same model TV and it didn't come with the Smart remote but my old TV did. Can not use all the functions of the TV without the SMART REMOTE.
