I've only had this dryer for 6 weeks so I am still learning to use the settings correctly. I find that the normal cycle sometimes doesn't completely dry my loads but if I add 10 minutes to it, it takes care of it. So far I am happy with the dryer, i just need to spend additional time with it to create my own custom settings. The capacity is great for large loads like bedspreads.

This dryer is state of the ART. It drys very fast and is easy to run.

Only been a month but couldn’t be happier so far. Large capacity, multiple drying settings. Replaced a 30 years old dryer so quite a step up for us! Have not tried the steam setting and needed a professional to convert to propane, used our gas provoder’s service, so cost a little more but we knew that going in.

High-performing dryer! Sometimes it takes few minutes to start up. So you have to be patient enough to select your options. If not, you will get an error code for which you need to restart. Also purchase Best Buy warranty which is very useful even if you want to switch the direction of the dryer door.

I haven't had the machine for very long, so I'm not sure what the future holds, but I spent a lot of time researching washers and dryers before my purchase. Though not perfect, this was the best choice for me. My primary concerns were reliabiltiiy and performance. If you've done any research at this point you know that this is a problem across this industry. I got what I thought were the best overall machines available, all things considered. I spent extra and got the dark gray metalic machines, which look really good, but show fingerprints and dust, etc. Note: do not set your empty plastic laundrybasket directly on top of the dryer (or washer) because even the slightest movement across the surface will leave micro scratches in the finish. Unbelievable! Ponder that for a while. Now, the reason for the 2 stars at this point is primarily because of ALL the service related issues (Best Buy customer service: 1 star. Dryer, 3 stars so far) which have tainted my perception across the board. From miss-information right from the start, to a shoddy install including, but not limited to damaging the machine, to no show appointments, to deliberate indifference, to hours on the phone (literally hours) and the repeated, "Let me transfer yous", MORE OFTEN THAN NOT RESULTING IN A DISCONNECTED PHONE LINE and me calling back, only to start the whole process all over again ...only to be TRANSFERED AND DISCONECTED AGAIN. Over and over in this "Groundhog's Day" scenario of poor customer service/extreme frustration as I attempted to find some sort of resolution. This purchase from Best Buy (BB), was a horrible experiance/nightmare. And I'm an Elite Plus member. They did eventually, pretty much resolve my issues, but the process took its toll and I will never make another large appliance purchase from BB. Enough said. I wont relive anymore of the nightmare here, just beware if you choose BB for your purchase, and good luck. May you never know the anguish I experienced. Moving forward, If I can go to BB and walk out with my purchase, okay. After many years of shopping at BB I have no complaints with these simple transactions. I have even had good customer service experiances.

I saw these washers and dryer‘s that for my purposes we’re out of my price range because I only wanted to dry clothes. I felt this was a fantastic price for all the bells and whistle‘s that are offered. The steam function seems to really cut down on any wrinkles.

This is a great dryer. We needed to replace a dryer that was aged and decided to give up on us. The only issue I have is the amount of things going on with it. Sometimes I am unsure if the lint trap error is real or not. It goes off prior to starting the dryer so I assume it is just a part of the turn on cycle.

Dryer has 2 options in opening the door, to the side when unloading and front when loading which doesn't open fully. Most of the time it dries and some times it stops without drying completely, have to start again until clothes are dry.

I bought this gas dryer to replace the exact dryer that was electric (new home, no electric outlet). While on the higher end price-wise, it offers so many different drying cycles and performs flawlessly. Plus it is a great looking unit.

I have been using this dryer for about a month. I love it so far. I put the door down from top to load so clothes don't fall on the floor and from the side to unload into my basket. It dries great now that I understand the settings better
