Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product sent back after clothes continued to come out damp! Regardless of load size, issue persisted. Had to add time and run on heavy duty cycle to resolve issue which I felt should not have been necessary. FYI...I upgraded to the LG from a previously new LG and both had the same issue with damp clothing. If the dryer sensor is the same, then LG’s with this sensor may exhibit this same problem. BestBuy customer service did an amazing job resolving issue!
