Customers appreciate the dryer's performance, ease of use, quiet operation, and large capacity. Many find it to be a good value for the price and a suitable size. However, some customers have expressed a desire for an interior light and dislike the side-opening door. A few customers also appreciate that the dryer does not overheat clothes.

A good value for your money. Though not perfect, this dryer does work well. I say it' not perfect because sometimes my clothes are still wet when it finishes its cycle. Tis easy to use / operate. Overall, you'll get what you paid for. Still a good purchase.

Dryer works perfect!! Clothing dries fast and comes out smelling lovely! I would buy again if I needed 2! Super quiet and has been a workhouse in my house hold. Can't go wrong with LG.

Have only had the dryer for a month but so far I love it, though I wish it had a light inside the dryer. Delivery drivers were very courteous and professional

Overall I am on the fence with this dryer. 1st the salesperson in the store guaranteed me my light weight queen comforter would fit in it. Well, it does fit. What he didn’t say was it would not dry it on the first cycle. I had to run it through more than once. So I exchanged it for another since I thought it may be defective. It was not. All my bedding I have to run through 2 cycles. I could have kept my old one. It was larger and it would have been a tighter squeeze in the room but I decided to get the pair. I am not happen that it doesn’t dry my bedding in 1 cycle. Maybe I should have said ‘will it dry my comforter’ instead of ‘will it fit”. A friend told me that there is not enough space in the dryer for it to move around and dry thoroughly.
Hi there, ToniW. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the LG - 7.3 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry. We understand that this unit didn't meet your expectations regarding the drying performance for your bedding and comforters in a single cycle. Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further. When drying large or bulky items like comforters, we recommend using the "Bedding" cycle and ensuring the load is not tightly packed to allow for proper airflow and movement. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-7-3-cu-ft-electric-dryer-with-sensor-dry-white/JJ8VPZ6896 For further assistance and any specific concerns you may have, please contact us on [email protected]. The dry cycles are simple and efficient. I love the smart sensors that communicate the status of the dryer vent. At first use, the dryer provided a code that notified me that the dryer vent was clogged from the lint build up. WOW! Was it right. Love the smart technology of this dryer.
