Two negative lack of features is that it has no light inside the dryer, we found that helpful in our old machine, and you can't turn the end-of-cycle signal on/off, which is less useful to us since ours is in the garage, but I can see others may not like this lack of control. I also feel like the medium heat setting isn't hot enough and the high heat setting is too hot. There should be something in between.

Dries the clothes and has a cooling feature so the clothes aren’t super hot when you take them out. I used to run my old dryers at highest heat for best dry, but I can run this one at medium heat with the very dry setting and it does the job! I’ve had it for 2 months now and no problems!

My dryer is in my basement and the finished signal is way too low to hear. Other than that no complaints (so far).

The flow sense keeps the dryer from overheating due to a clogged vent line and just stops running. It works so well. Most of the time we can set a typical medium/large washer load on normal and it dries in one cycle.
