    The dryer matches my washer, that’s why I bought it and will keep it. However, the dryer door will not stay open when trying to load or unload. The unit is perfectly level. Also, it will not completely dry a load on the normal setting. Have to use heavy duty. I had BB replace it once, and no change with the second unit. If you don’t have the matching washer, try some other brand.

    Okay appliance. Does the job. This was a replacement for a previous order; the GE. DO NOT BUY A GE. Broke down on me twice. The best buy service and communication is a disaster.

    Basic dryer works mostly great. Controls on Damp Dry Signal is hard to set. Dryer runs hot on High compared to most dryers we have had. So, Normal does not allow High Temp. We do a lot on Perm Press.

    I have to set the dry setting to high every time or the laundry doesn’t completely dry. It will also snag and hold clothes by the door.
