Love the quiet sound of the dryer. Love the fact that the clothing are dried at the time chosen and they are not wrinkled when they come out of the dryer.

It’s quiet, fast, easy and has some cool settings. Issue is it doesn’t get clothing all the way dry. Every load I have like four or five things I have to throw back in there and “Freshen up”. I have tried setting it to extra dry. Yeah doesn’t work. Another strange thing is I noticed it shrinks clothes. I think it needs lower heat and longer cycles.

Loud with a heavy vibration felt through the whole house. And it could not be installed because the tubing was too stiff, so it stuck way away from the wall. The BB techs took the tubing with them and said they refunded that and the installation, and the unit was returned the next day. But I am still waiting weeks later for the full refund on the vent tube and install that never happened.
