First one delivered did not work at all and apparently all the installer did was plug it in to make sure it had power. Had to have a second one delivered and was not an easy process.

I had a terrible experience with the purchase of a dryer. I’ve been a customer for about 28 years. And this experience has left me not ever wanting to go back to your store ever again. I’ve never brought a review like this. But that is just showing how Strong my feelings are about this.

I actually returned this one because it wasn't drying the clothes on the first dry so I upgraded to a better LG. Not a lot of bells and whistles which I wanted but wasn't happy with having to turn the dryer back on because clothes weren't completely dry.

This dryer is paired with the 5.5cft washer, but it does not have the capacity to dry a full load from this washer. Also it seems that the sensor doesn’t work well, if I pause a drying cycle and open the door it adds significant drying time once closed even when the clothes are almost dry, making the dryer keep running even once the clothes are dry. So I find myself having to only use the timed dry option instead of any other settings. It really is most frustrating that the dryer can’t fit a full washer load. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it does actually dry quickly if you have a normal washer load (not full).

The dryer is fine. It's a dryer. It doesn't dance; it does sing. Big deal. What deserves one star is Best Buy. I purchased a dryer on 11/30/24. The salesman sold me a dryer with a slanted lid; I can't use that. I exchanged it on December 8. Didn't receive the new dryer until December 30. A nightmare. I also purchased a range and dishwasher on 11/30/24. They were delivered on 1/16/25. The range was so damaged that the delivery men didn't even get it off the truck. I had to go out to the truck to see the damage first. I returned both items and bought from a local store. So much better. Beware Best Buy! The shoddy customer care is not worth the anxiety or the interest-free financing.

This was our 2nd try to get a clothes washer. We were wanting one that had a drop down door. The first delivered did not have a drop down door. So Best Buy, sent this one. I guess they simply looked at the picture and thought it was a drop down door. It wasn't. We sent it back.

Got the dryer delivered and the same day it wouldn’t work. I called best buy they wouldn’t come back out until a entire week later, after I already waited a week for them to deliver and install the dryer. I called an appliance person to clean out my home ventilation system to ensure I wasn’t the reason the dryer wasn’t working (flow sense light on). They cleaned it, I paid, and tried my brand new dryer again. Same issue! I wanted to love this dryer but I’ve had a horrible experience with it. I hope yours is better.
