I have had this dryer for about a month and everything is working beautifully. Lots of nice features and the steam function is awesome.

I chose this dryer for its capacity and ease of use. I am completely satisfied with the capacity and the results of every load. I am especially happy with the steam feature which removed most wrinkles from my son's uniform shirt in under 10 minutes.

We have had this dryer about a month and love it so far. We wanted a reasonably priced dryer with steam function and this dryer won! I especially love how the door can be opened two ways for easy access. I am usually holding my daughter while getting laundry out so it’s very helpful to have those options. We do sometimes have to add extra time to towels when drying but we have found that putting on heavy duty setting is helpful to get them done in one cycle. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I did all my homework on dryers since this is the 3rd I've bought in 10 years. I'm tired of the claims of the wonderful new features and then the dryer doesn't do what it says. The last one was a Maytag, by the time the first dust bunny collected underneath the heating element started going bad. Thus the part replacement parade began. Maytag said the heat problems centered around not keeping the lint cleaned out. I cleaned the trap every single time and used a vacuum once a week to get it out, still had issues. Then by dumb luck, on my way to buy a thermostat, I saw this beat up beauty sitting in the clearance floor. Yes mine had a dent in the side, wonderful husband fixed it! For the SAME price as THE REPLACEMENT PARTS I BOUGHT THIS DRYER! The steam is such a wonderful feature! It sanitizes your laundry or I use it get the wrinkles out of my husband's work shirts. The drying cycles are less than my washer's quick cycle (sad). The lint trap ACTUALLY catches lint! Who knew that was possible!?! I can use my phone to connect to the dryer and make new cycles not already programmed on the machine. I'm so glad I bought this machine that I'm praying for my washer to die soon too...

Both units are extremely efficient and gentle to our clothes. The large tub sizes accommodate practically everything we would use it for. The delivery was early and the drivers were courteous, accommodating and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend these units and Best Buy to anyone looking for laundry equipment.

Dries clothes greatly. The ease of operation is fantastic. Especially the steam option for our suits and dresses.

Even my grandson is capable of doing the wash. Works great and is quiet and gives great choices. Gives a lot of information when selecting options. Totally awesome.

Order on line was out of stock but in true fashion Best Buy purchase manager filled my order with great satisfaction thank you. The delivery team had us up and running in no time flat. can't say enough about how well our new dryer works my wife loves the two way door and the steam settings. thinking of a dryer this is the one.

Quite the upgrade from our old dryer. Started to look at this model when I saw consumer reports had it as their number one rated dryer. The options are nice. The two way door is cool but curious to see how it holds up over time. Isn't very loud although it did get a little, little louder after some use but not a deal breaker. It looks nice as well.

Love everything about this dryer (features, appearance, price)! I especially appreciate how the door can open 2 different ways. Brilliant! The only problem I’ve encountered is that sometimes heavy loads like flannel sheets or towels don’t dry completely on the designated cycle. Adding a quick dry cycle remedies that quickly. I also appreciated that the installer advised me to save my $ by not using the connector kit I had bought since my dryer vent was so clean, so I returned it and got a refund. The delivery & installation guys were super!

This dryer fits in my laundry room perfectly, it looks nice, simple to operate, and it’s large enough to handle any size blanket, comforter, etc. The door opens from the top and the side which makes for easy transfers from the top load washer to the front load dryer. The steam function is also really nice, it’s given me and my iron a break.

Works well. runs quietly. Seems reliable. Easy to use.

-many drying cycles, giant capacity -I always use the highest heat settings to get my clothes truly dry and I line-dry more delicate items. -door opens at top and sides so you're less likely to drop washed clothes when loading into the dryer, when you're in a rush, like I always am -Always read the owner's manual on appliances. -cheerful "song" goes off when a load is done -seems to be good value based on online reviews -attractive -can't truly give 5 stars yet b/c the dryer was installed less than 2 months ago; however, it's operating well and I love it

We love it. I especially love the steam portion of the dry. If I want to "freshen up: a few articles, I don't have to iron them, just throw them in the dryer and they come out looking great, especially if they are no-iron type of fabric and I left them in the dryer too long. And I like the dual opening door.

I think this the top of the line dryer from LG. It has a super large capacity and tons of cycles. It has the steam function which is why my wife wanted to upgrade to this model. But here's the kicker. The salesman didn't tell us that you need a cold water supply line to hook up for steam. Well our washer and dryer aren't side by side so we have to think outside the box on how we are going to get water to it. I haven't hooked it up yet but my time is running out with my wife. Wish me luck! lol.

Very nice quiet washer and dryer set, they look very nice( we don't have to have our laundry room door closed when company is over.) washes and dries cloths very well. a little bit of a learning curve when drying jeans and large comforters in a electric dryer over gas. over all very nice set very pleased.
