    1. Set up was not as crisp and seamless as it should be - took me 2 tries with my phone and then manual set up to get it set up. Manual has typos and misspellings 2. TV came without screws!! Had to buy screws online rather than go through trouble of getting best buy to come pick up their TV 3. Picture quality is just blah when streaming in 4k, haven’t tried games yet…. Still prefer my 10 year old Samsung 1080p full HD LED TV

I’ve had this TV for about 1 year now, and I would say this is definitely the low end of OLED tv’s. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but one can tell that the processing is a bit slow, and picture, though it’s got those inky blacks, it lacks in brightness and overall quality. Problem is, the screen has started to go out now. I actually replaced a 55” LG OLED that went bad for this one. And now this one is going bad. I’ve had a previous LG that lasted a few years before the same thing happened to it. I think I’m just gonna stay away from LG for now.

A bright green line vertical line showed up on the tv after three weeks. Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy so they said they couldn’t do anything. I am not working with LG manufacturing warranty and hoping for the best. Pretty lame experience for a tv I’ve had less than a month.

    Absolutely amazing viewing experience

The LG B2 has absolutely stunning picture quality for streaming, gaming, and Blu-Ray. We upgraded from a 9 year old 60" Sharp Aquos that we thought looked amazing to this and have been absolutely blown away. I HIGHLY recommend getting the Planet Earth 2/Blue Earth 2 Ultra HD set to really show off what the display can do. Words literally cannot describe how good this TV looks. It's like watching movies and playing games for the first time ever that you have seen or played before. Once you get everything dialed in such as sharpness, VRR for games, HDR, and clarity settings it only gets better. The only issues someone might encounter is that the screen is highly reflective, but if you have a dark room, or room with minimal windows this is no issue at all. I was on the edge between this and the C2 and could not justify the extra cost of the C2 just for a faster processing speed. I was able to view several media formats on both TV's side by side and could not tell a difference, so if you are in the fence or torn between the B2 or C2, get the B2 and spend the cash you saved on a nice ultra blu-ray player or PS5 that plays 4k blu-ray and games!

    Best TV I've Ever Owned

I love this TV. It's beautiful, thin and has an amazing picture. The color contrasts between dark and light are wonderful, and the blacks are the best I've seen. The Best Buy team was informative and helpful in our selection process, and the installation team was friendly and gave us a thorough demonstration. My only complaint, and its minor, is I don't love the remote control. We also have a Samsung Frame TV, and the remote is smaller and more simple to use. Not a big deal. I love this TV. I should mention, we also purchased an LG Sound Bar to go with it which really enhances the sound.

I was in-between the C2 and B2 i came from a 2016 curved OLED C6. We had burn in on that TV but understand its due to our dog’s programming when we werent home and leaving artifacts. This TV is excellent for PS5 and Series X and offers 120HZ 120 FPS gaming. We are happy with the purchase from Best Buy and have linked it to our new Elevate 5.4.1 Atmos system, without issues. We purchased this TV for a reasonable $1,900 dollars (new not open box) and its worth the price reduction VS the C2, based on our dark living room with blackout shades. For the money its worth every penny unless your room is VERY bright and needs the C2’s extra light.

I analyzed every aspect of every brand along with expert reviews and end user reviews. My wife was getting tired of the amount of time I spent researching this purchase and so was I. Initially I wanted a Sony due to color accuracy and reliability. The 75” X95K was my first choice but it is Sony’s first mini LED and way overpriced. All I have ever owned are plasmas, so I knew OLED was the way to go. Deepest blacks and no blooming. Mini LED is catching up but not quite there yet. My biggest concern was brightness and upscaling cable feeds for regular tv shows and sports. I wanted it to be bright enough to view in our well lit living room during the day. We have lots of windows and ambient lighting. I wanted to get the Sony A95K but the largest screen size is 65”. I looked at the LG C2 and was impressed. I also saw the LG B2 and was equally impressed. Both get fantastic ratings and I saw the panels side by side running the same feed and could barely see any difference. I chose the B2 and I couldn’t be happier!! I did spend time making all the necessary adjustments to my tastes for viewing. Make sure you shut off all artificial enhancements and energy saving modes to get the best results from the OLED panel quality. Now I know why Sony and Samsung buy most of their panels from LG. This 77” B2 is sweet and the best value for your hard earned dollar. Had this installed in our wall by the Geek Squad and it looks fantastic!

This tv amazed me. I was kinda skeptical on whether I should get this tv or pay the extra money for the c2. This tv is just as great as that one. I’m very pleased with my purchased. With a few tweaks, you can get the picture as good as the c2 version of this lg tv. And this one was cheaper by like 500 dollars. The only real difference that I noticed is this has only two, 2.1 hdmi inputs while the c2 version lg tv has four. But that really doesn’t bother me cause I am only hooking up a Xbox series x and ps5 to it that need the hdmi 2.1 inputs. Cable tv is 1080p and my Nintendo switch can also only out put 1080p as well. So no problems so far. For gaming is a hell of a beast. The game optimizer on this tv is a great feature, you can set it also so you can see how many fps you’re getting from the game you’re playing. This tv does up to 120fps, and it makes a difference from playing only up to 60fps games. I highly recommend this tv if you can afford it, oh and the colors on this tv are amazing too cause it’s an oled tv. I also have a 55 inch qled Samsung tv and this lg tv blows it out of the water. I’m a gamer so this tv is perfect for me, no regrets. Just to beware is that if you purchase one of these oled lg tv’s, get one that is 65 inch or bigger or you might not get the game optimizer software on your tv. One more thing, the sound from the tv is decent, but would recommend getting a Bluetooth speaker, I have this cheap Bluetooth speaker called a soundbot and setting this up with the tv speakers running at the same time gives you a surround sound effect.I did extensive research before buying and glad I did. Hope this review helps someone. Thank you lg for making a great tv.

Absolutely love this TV! The OLED was well worth the price as I got it on sale. The blacks are black and the color is amazing when watching nature or any kind of programming. Wall mounted and is massive in my room. Will upgrade all my TVs to OLED at some point! This TV, with a doubly atmos sound bar makes it a great and wonderful experience!

I've had this TV for a week now and its been great. The picture is super clear and vivid and the 77 inch screen is absolutely huge. I was nervous getting the B2 over the C2 because I was afraid i would be disappointed or it would be too dark for my living room but I haven't had any issues with brightness even during the day with the sun coming in the windows. The only problem I've seen so far is that the screen appeared to flicker one night. I googled this and it seemed like a common occurrence where a hard reset fixed it and i havent noticed it happen again yet. I am still testing and keeping an eye on things but so far it is definitely living up to expectations.

As everyone else who truly appreciates the tv buying experience I was torn between this and the C2. This is definitely bright enough to enjoy and experience. I understand with the C2 you’ll have bright HD and more Vibrant colors but I can imagine that being most popular watching Disney animations. The colors and brightness and deep blacks are so amazing it’s truly an experience every time watching on my B2. After setting this TV up I’d recommend the “expert light” setting. You truly get a great reminder you saved so much money for such An amazing experience. Tv speakers are great but we still use our surround sound. You won’t regret this tv and the money saved. Trust!

Amazing TV, especially at the sale price. I really struggled to choose between the LG B2 and C2 models. I ended up going with the B2 and am very happy with my decision. It is far superior to the TV I replaced and should perform as well as the C2 for my application. I am glad I waited a few months for the B2's release.

I was waiting for the c2 to go on sale for a while but given how popular it was I wasn’t expecting it to any time soon. I saw this on sale and double checked the featured and realized that a $30 hdmi splitter solves the limited 2 hdmi 2.1 ports on this tv vs the c2, I personally hate webos and opted for an apple tv 4k which works perfectly fine on a normal hdmi 2.0 port as it’s not 120hz anyways. If you’ve never had an oled and are wanting the c2 because reviewers are recommending it then don’t, save the money on brightness and 4 hdmi 2.1 ports and still get a 120hz OLED that looks more than amazing. It is still a very expensive TV but after having oled you can’t go back.

Easily the most amount of money I’ve ever spent on a single piece of technology, but it’s been well worth the money. The TV is enormous and is a beautiful centerpiece in my living room. The picture and clarity is stunning, coming from someone who has never spent more than $500 on a TV. The OS is simple and easy to use and the same can be said about the remote. Overall, I love the TV and would definitely recommend to someone debating it.

Awsome tv. Looks amazing and performs well. However I do have some shuttering/ghosting around objects from time to time not sure if its the output device (apple tv) or my bypass device a Marantz receiver. I have had problems in the past with older receivers messing up the video signal. My xbox x runs directly into the tv at 120 hz and i haven't seen any problems with that. Games are far better than my previous 4k tv. Just remember you need to update all your output device perimeters to get the best possible picture. For 120 hz you need a 120 hz cable. I didnt like movies at 120 hz but games are amazing.
