Nice TV good Value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.excellent picture, even on over the air antenna. Do not like the magic remote where you physically have to move the remote around to move a cursor, but you can bypass this by pushing and button on the remote. Found a lot of features by playing around the TV that Best Buy said did not exist on this TV such as audio/video delay adjustment for soundbar ant OTA signal strength

"Fantastic Picture Quality, Remote Could Be Better
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG C3 OLED TV has an amazing picture with deep blacks and bright colors. It supports HDR, making everything look great, and it's easy to stream shows and apps. The design is sleek and it has good ports for gaming. However, the remote control is a bit complicated and not very easy to use. Overall, it's a fantastic TV for home entertainment, despite the remote.

LG G3 and C3 77 review
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought two lg oleds the G3 and C3 a week ago and both of them have exceeded my expectations, especially the G3 and its brighter new panel. it's fantastic for sports and movies. I had to turn down the brightness if u can believe that. The G3 is easily the best tv I have ever owned. the C3 is not quite as bright but nevertheless, it's still an excellent tv for watching at night under the outdoor kitchen bar. I am happy with the purchases and ease of use of their menu. I have ordered the LG S9 soundbar for the C3 and G3 for better sound. Of course, the 2 purchases were expensive but after watching them both for a bit the investment appears to be well worth it.

OLED is the way to go
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has an amazing picture quality. Upgraded from an LED to truly get the deep blacks and contrast. From all angles the picture quality is sharp and clear. The picture quality is so good that you almost don't mind if your favorite sports team loses when you watch it on this TV. At 51 lbs without the stand it is easy the maneuver around when setting up for a wall mount. I gave the sound 5 star but I have it connected thru my Sonos Arc sound bar and haven't listened to it since being set up at home. Though when i saw it in the store on display, the sound was very good for such a thin well balanced TV. The G3 is the step up model, but if you aren't in the market to spend the extra money I know you won't be disappointed with the C3 series.

Side by side it will be no comparison
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv to replace my regular LED 4k tv. I put the two next to each other and signed in Disney+. You really dont know what you are missing until you do this. I paused the two tvs while watching a tiger documentary and wow! The blacks are great on oleds everyone know about that, but the colors on the tigers seems to jump off the screen. The green of the lush jungle and the blue of the sky made everything the standard 4k I was comparing it seem gray. On your next tv purchase spends the extra money. Even get a smaller size if you have too. Its 100% worth it.

LG C3 > Sony X93L
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The title seems like a "no kidding dummy" statement, but here I am, dummy-in-chief. My original purchase was the 75" Sony X93L. I bought it thinking that Mini-LED had caught up and would provide the brightness I thought I needed in my living room. . . This was not the case. Not only did I not need that additional brightness, I never maxed out brightness because the image seemed blown out when upscaling. I currently have a 55" LG GX in the bedroom, and the saying is true. Once you go OLED, you don't go back. The C3 is plenty bright for my use case, the upscaling of lesser content better aligns with my preferences, and the viewing experience overall has just been better. The X93L had minor blooming on subtitles, but if I were to lay down on my couch rather than sitting straight up, blooming was apparent and widespread when there was dark backgrounds on well lit characters. Sony is doing something with that panel to make direct viewing pretty good, but even 15 degrees off angle in any direction and the bloom got bad. I fell in to a rut of critiquing the TV as I watched it so the buyers remorse just kept growing. The one pro for the X93L, is the sound. it was better than the C3, but at these sizes and prices, we should all be rocking a soundbar. The good news is, I could not be happier with my replacement OLED. Same price, free trade out delivery/pickup of the Sony, 2 extra inches of screen real estate. All buyers remorse gone. Original TV: 65" Vizio P-Series from 2017 or 18 Initial upgrade: 75" Sony X93L, which I kept for a month Final form: 77" LG C3 for about 2 weeks Note: there is a review left on the X93L if you want to read that. not much different, but thought I'd post here to bring the process full circle.

Perfect Perfection at an Incredible Price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a prior 65" OLED, which I love, but wanted to move up in size to allow better viewing in our new living room. LG OLED is the only option for me....was able to find this 77" in "Excellant" condition under the Open Box option, for a little over $500!!! she is a beauty! Highly recommend LG OLED to anyone who prefers a true life picture and not something that looks like a fake video game pic..you will be so happy with the OLED!

LG 77" TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG 77" C3 TV delivers flawless picture and is easy to use and adjust if necessary. Can't judge its sound as i am hard of hearing and everything sounds the same. This TV has good ratings on line and certainly lives up to them. My seating is 15 ft from the screen and the TV is not too big.

Absolutely Stunning TV – Worth Every Penny!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased the LG 77" C3 OLED evo, and it has completely transformed my home entertainment experience! The picture quality is breathtaking, with deep, inky blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast that makes every scene come to life. Whether I’m watching movies, gaming, or streaming shows, the OLED evo panel delivers crisp details and smooth motion. The webOS smart platform is super intuitive and easy to navigate, with quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. Gaming on this TV is next-level, thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate, low input lag, and NVIDIA G-SYNC/FreeSync support—perfect for next-gen consoles and PC gaming. The sound is surprisingly good for a TV, but pairing it with a soundbar takes it up a notch. The sleek, ultra-thin design also looks amazing in my living room. If you're on the fence about upgrading, just do it—this TV is worth every dollar! Highly recommend!

Can't go wrong-- top rated C3
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can't go wrong with the LG C3 OLED. Rated in the top in all major reviews. The picture is everything you expect in a top tier TV, with deep blacks and great contrast. What I'd like to see in the next gen though is adopting the Android OS, as I don't love the mouse pointer style interface as using a pointer on a remote just doesn't give you the same level of control and the "slow" setting is still too fast. It also takes about 9 seconds after you stop moving the pointer for it to disappear, which isn't a big deal, but annoying. The Google/Android interface is just cleaner. That aside, I'd purchase this again.

Must have.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely amazing. Coming from a 65” C8, the brightness, DV, sound and ease are brilliant. It was tough going between this and G3, but we didn’t need the extra brightness. Great price as well.

LG C3, definitely recommend.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We purchased the LG c3 77" in March 2024 and have had a month of using it so far. Amazing image quality, fantastic settings, and ease of use features like automatically detecting and switching to bluetooth headphones from sound bar when each is turned on or off, and the wand remote/mouse. The OS is really good, but we use Apple TV with it. Also AppleTV processes images better if you're watching YouTube. Screen brightness could be improved, but in our house this isn't an issue. Definitely get the 77, it's well worth it.

A worthy splurge
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After extensive research and consultation with a professional TV reviewer, I settled on this over competing options. The color, the picture, I'm thrilled. It works well even a room that some would say is too bright for an OLED (most of my use is night, but I haven't been disappointed during the day). Great for movies, gaming, streaming, and physical media playback. TV sound is bigger and better than I'd expect from a TV itself, though I'm still using a separate soundbar.

One Of The Best Viewing Experiences You Can Get
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The LG OLED C3 is a fantastic television for gaming, movies, and tv shows. Sound isn’t great, but installing a soundbar should be your next step. The brightness and color makes this tv one of the best on the market, especially at its size. It isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

LG OLED evo 77" (aka my forever tv!)
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We LOVE this TV! The picture quality is amazing!!! I did purchase at the store (Memorial Day sale, $500 off!) and my wife and son helped to unbox it and get it set up. I read a lot of reviews about people having concerns transporting it due to potential cracking. I was a bit nervous but it is extremely well packaged (as we found out when I got it home!). You will have to stand it up so a truck is vital and use multiple straps to secure it. Overall setup was pretty straight forward. We took our time to open it up and were very methodical about removing the insulation. You need at least 2 people due to the size and weight. A third person wouldn't hurt! Be very careful not to press against the screen itself and you will be fine. We did notice the the screen seems to lean slightly backwards once you mount it on the stand. Not sure why but I think it's just to keep it from falling forward? Other reviews made mention of this but it does not affect the viewing experience at all. Now I do have a love/hate relationship with the remote. I'm 58 years old so technology isn't necessarily my thing. You can operate it like a normal remote by pushing buttons but you can also operate it sort of like a Wii remote. It does take some getting used to but it's not so bad that I would subtract from my overall rating. Folks, this TV is a solid 5 stars in my book. Especially if you can get it on sale. The screen is GINORMOUS!!!! It's almost like being at the theater. And the sound quality is actually pretty good. We decided not to hook up our soundbar to it after we made comparisons. It's the biggest and most expensive TV we've ever bought but I am very pleased with it so far.

Outstanding TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is nothing short of spectacular. Been running budget 60Hz 4k TVs for several years and recently jumped towards the “upper mid grade” 4k TVs. It’s worth every penny. The vibrant picture of the OLED paired with 120Hz is a no brainer when watching/playing your favorite shows and games.
