Our whole experience from going into the Best Buy showroom to see all of the OLED TVs to picking one out and having it delivered and setup was a fantastic and easy customer experience. The sales staff was friendly and helpful but the delivery team really did an amazing job! We were concerned about hanging a large 77” TV on the wall and running the cord through the wall but the team that installed it did a great job!

I Wall mounted the 77” tv and this thing looks amazing, picture quality is great and super bright. I have yet to test all the features on it but so far a must buy.

Love my OLED! Many people have had different experiences, but so far (at close to half a year) I have nothing but positive things to say about this tv. Quality is great and OS for TV is relatively user-friendly.

Magnificent picture. Very easy installation and set up. Sound is pretty good alone but used in a HT, it is fantastic.

Can't go wrong with lg, theyve been making oleds for many years, i already had a lg b2 and this newer nicer version is gorgeous to look at.the updated web os 3 is a pleasure to use and it has a snappy processor, i ended up canceling my samsung s90c order and i bought this instead, love the natural bright scene this tv delivers, the samsung although brighter makes the colors looks unnatural.

I can now give this TV a 5-star review, due to the fact LG finally allows ESPN app! Overall, the TV has been phenomenal. We have 7 windows in our living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen with vaulted lighting. The glare on the TV is minimal and the TV adjust to the brightness to the room. The auto adjust to film maker mode makes going to the theater irrelevant.

I bought this for my husband under the advice of a friend of mine. It is amazing! The picture quality is so clear that sometimes it looks fake to me. But in a good way. You can see the TV clearly from any angle and even in the sunlight.

Great TV. The colors are super, and everything is very clear and distinct. Con: the remote is extremely complicated to learn and is still not "universal". I have to use a couple other remotes as well. Added a Sonos soundbar and subwoofer so the sound is awesome!

Picture is breathtaking and the colors are amazing. Everything about the quality of this TV holds up and then some. I highly recommend this TV!

You can never go wrong with LG LED, this C3 mode is in deed brighter and crystal clear comapred to previous oled model.

Awesome picture quality! upgraded from a LED and this is a huge improvement, The detail, clarity and color is much better. Glad i got this!

Great TV. Picture definitely seemed better in store, but I think that's the case with most. Something to consider if you are an AppleTV user, the picture quality will not be as great. You will want to use the TV's OS/apps for the best picture. LG hit a homerun with this TV, just need Apple to up their game and produce an AppleTV that provides a higher quality picture. The TV's sound is pretty good by itself but I prefer a soundbar/subwoofer for a better experience.

Great picture. Many new features for ease of use. Minimizes need for most other remotes. Overall excellence.

Excellent picture quality and brightness for an oled tv

LG OLED is the best TV technology available and this was a great deal for a 77”. I upgraded a 65” tv to this 77” and at first thought it might have been a mistake when I saw the box but honestly wish my wall could fit a 83” because going up 12” was a great idea.

I have no complaints about the TV, color is Great size is great , sound is excellent , I would recommend this TV for anyone

We are loving this TV! Voice control, yes! Beautiful picture, amazing quality great watching a concert or movie. The setup was easy, still finding cool features. Most people we know are proficient Alexa users, this is new for us, I set that up but just using the remote voice control is perfect for now. We already had a Denon Sound bar that we used with our older technology Samsung TV, this TV actually uses the full features of that sound bar. Sound is great.
