I absolutely love this 77 in LG OLED TV. This is my first LG TV. I can assure you it won’t be my last. The picture is so much better than my previous Samsung TV. I got a really great price and the Geek Squad delivered and hung it for me. I also bought the LG soundbar that paired with it. Great sound. I’m a very happy customer.

We have had this TV now for two months and I'm here to say this by far is the best TV for our media room. We have tried other brands but after doing our homework (watched several reviews online), we decided on the LG. One recommendation is too make sure you have Ultra High HDMI cables connected to Ultra player and gaming system if you have those. Also you may want to update your soundbar. We had a sound bar from about 6 years ago and it wasn't compatible with LG. So we once again reviewed different ones online and decided to go with the S95AR. One thing we were wanting was a system that was compatible, used one remote and was rated as LG's higher end sound bar. Have not had the chance to hook that up just yet as we just ordered it a couple days ago. Will review that once we have it in place. Back to the OLED. We like the remote and the onscreen cursor. A little bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it it's real easy to use. Another recommendation is to get the Total Tech package. We have it now on our Fridge, washer and dryer, and both LG TV and Soundbar. Best Buy service guys were great delivered TV to house, put stand on tv and placed tv on center council. Thanks Best Buy for the great Service!

I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now. Super easy set up Extremely bright colors Looks awesome with 4k streaming Looks really good with regular streaming Definitely need at least a pickup truck if you're taking home from store because best buy policy will not let employees load flat or at any kind of a tilt, so no SUV's. Box is too big to fit right side up. Screen itself is super thin but there is a box that stick out the back that's ABOUT 24" long x 24" tall X 1" deep. I have it sitting on top of a TV stand so it's not an issue for my set up but don't know how it would affect a mount where you'd like for the tv to look like a picture frame. TV has "LG gallery" which allows you to have preset pics show and switch during rest mode to resemble a picture frame but other than the clock/time I couldn't find anything interesting enough to use this feature unless you pay extra for an additional service. Another feature is that you can control from your phone but I found it kinda pointless as it's really not that difficult to just grab the remote and just use it. Internal speaker aren't bad but no where as good as a sound bar. The "A.I." button is pretty good but I feel it's not that much different from voice command. It could just be that I'm not using it to it's fullest potential, but it just felt a bit above basic to me. I have it sitting with a window facing it and I think "C5" does a good enough job not having a glare, if you can go a step up or more id contemplate it. Over all I'd still rate highly. Amazing tv! One of the best OLEDs on the market. Great colors and sound. True blacks great for movies and shows.

The colors are rich and vivid but what really stands out are the blacks. They are absolutely black, not a dark gray. The picture quality is the same off axis too. I had to turn the brightness down as the whites were too brilliant even in the daytime. Everybody that comes by and sees it go "Whoa!" Once yo go OLED, you'll never go back.

So far so good - the picture quality is great, brightness is awesome and although the screen does not eliminate glare, it does a pretty good job removing it, especially when the brightness is up high. The sound quality is about average to good, but I plan on getting a sound bar eventually anyway.

This OLED TV seriously blew my mind with how incredible the picture looks. Being my first true OLED I've owned, the true blacks and bright HDR truly elevats everything I watch. Even though the price tag is a big steep (as is any OLED of this caliber), it's worth every penny if you want a true cinematic experience. 10/10

Nothing to say after a lifetime of TV's 60s to today. Our first OLED and the 77 in model is a perfect fit for anyone's living room . Best price ever offered, geek squad installation and in awe of the picture. Brightest TV on the market today and NOTHING ELSE COMES CLOSE TO SPORTS ON AN OLED... Lowest price ever right now, and say, all men should have one for Christmas ..

The LG oled 77” C5 tv delivers a great picture quality from every angle. Colors are very sharp and blacks are very black. Sound quality isn’t that great. Would suggest a sound bar. The remote is a little bothersome with the “pointer” feature …could do without it. Oveall a great tv.

Great TV and awesome customer service setting it up.

This TV is awesome. The colors and images are so vibrant and strong. The image is crisp and accurate. I have watched movies and played games on it and they all are run without issue. This TV is a upgrade in size for our family and it fits the living, dinging, and kitchen open space room in our house great. The speakers are very loud and I can hear it just fine all they way on the other side of the room while I'm cooking. The only things that I wasn't impressed with were the AI features. I expected them to make things better, but the AI that is supposed to improve image made the colors less vibrant and the AI that was supposed to improve the sound makes it sound like you are listening to movie that was filmed in a warehouse with no microphones. The only reason I'm giving this TV a 5 star review is because you can disable the AI features and you get a normal TV experience. I also assume that I may not be utilizing the AI features correctly, I just haven't spent enough time to figure out how to use them yet because the TV is great even without the AI Features.

Amazing OLED tv that is super bright and is perfect for either a dark room or a bright room. The picture quality is excellent and movies and sports look great.

Excellent picture quality, easy to set up and intuitive controls. LG OLED C5 77-inch was the best choice. The sales at Best Buy made the selection easy over the rivals. My setup is using Apple TV and wi-fi streaming services and we are very pleased.

We wanted to replace an entry-level Sony 4K. It was between the LG or Samsung. This "C" series was on sale and compared to the lower-end "B" series, this made the most sense. The purchase at Best Buy was smooth. The delivery was on time. Setup instructions were generally easy except for making sure the right screws were used for the base. The LG OLEDs (and other brands) have a tendency to have a slight green tint. After doing some googling, I found a settings tweak that pretty much resolved to green tint to my satisfaction without needing a professional calibration. The HDR is great with very bright brights and the OLED panel creates totally black blacks. The LG Smart Remote with its screen pointing takes a little getting used to but you can use the scroll wheel and buttons to use the remote in a more conventional manner. There's also a smartphone app that has a remote feature that works well. Best Buy dropped the price twice for "Total Membership" accounts, so I did the Price Match Guarantee both times for refunds. All in all, I don't know how I would make this TV experience any better.

Fantastic TV, terrible remote. The TV speaks for itself, but I want to focus on the weak remote. Too many steps to go from a streaming service to a cable box. And the remote's signal is so weak it frequently will NOT change channels on the cable box (even though it's correctly paired). And the volume up/down and channel up/down toggle switches are hard to operate... better to have a rocker switch or just separate up and down buttons.

LG is the way to go. OLED - as always is stunning. Started with a C1 and now upgraded to the C5. Still learning the ins and outs of this masterpiece, but it’s safe to say it is awesome. Picture, sound, the product quality are all superb. One of the best Christmas gifts I got my family.

We purchased for Halloween scary movies, we got tired of clolor bleed and dull colors of our last TV, we couldnt be happier!! We love this TV! We had an LG prior so the interface and setup were simple, TV has beautiful colors and deeeeep blacks. I would recommend at least a small soundbar, the speaker's sound terrible. Highly recommend this tv!!!

I own a 77 inch c1 about 4yrs old now I've had zero problems with it still get occasional compliments on picture quality so the c5 was for me was a no-brainer its brighter love the gaming features the AI the UI is fast 4 hdmi 2.1 ports which makes it easy to hook up sound systems ps5 xbox 4k player

Purchased the LG C5 77” tv around all the Black Friday deals. The tv was at an excellent price. The tv looks great on the wall the picture is excellent and easy to change for what you are watching movies sports or just tv. I would highly recommend
