I used to be a Sony person but after having (2) Sony Bravia eight OLED TVs have the exact same software issue. FYI Sony has told me they are aware of the issue between their TVs and Xfinity cable boxes. I switched to the LG C5 and I’ve had no issues at all. It is priced less then the Sony as well

I've noticed more detail in movies I've seen a dozen times. Underwater scenes are incredible. I find the LG remote somewhat difficult but that could just be me.

Good Product but Bad Company, LG.

I did not like the fact that there were several legal agreements I had to accept before I could use the TV. These legal agreements included LGs right to sell what I was watching and other violations of privacy. In short great TV ruined by LGs need to profit by what I watch and what I search for on the Internet.
