For example, when I decided that the TV wasn’t suitable, I discovered that I couldn’t return it to a local Best Buy store. Instead, I had to ship it back to the vendor’s location in New Jersey, even though I live in California. This not only created logistical headaches but also led to exorbitant fees, including restocking and freight charges that totaled over $400. In conclusion, while Best Buy Marketplace Sellers can offer cost savings, it’s crucial for consumers to be aware of the potential pitfalls, especially regarding returns and support. Moving forward, I plan to avoid Best Buy Marketplace purchases and will prioritize direct store transactions. I will update you regarding the shipping transaction and how quickly the seller is able to provide a refund. On the day of my delivery that was confirmed the day before via a text, got a text the morning of delivery stating it would be delivered between 12-4. Waited at my house ALL day and no show, when I reached out to customer service after 4PM, I was told it was not scheduled, and I was livid and it wasted my entire day. My profession is working with customers, and I believe communication is a major component to providing my customers satisfied results which in turn results in repeat customers. You failed badly here, and more than likely BB being a very large company you probably don't care. I was really wanting to enjoy this TV but I cancelled the order because of this. I've been a BB customer for many years but now I will hesitate to purchase from you again.

It arrived with visible cracks in the bottom-right corner, and when I lightly touched that area, the entire screen immediately went black. Even during the short setup process before it failed, I was already unimpressed with the screen quality, which didn’t meet expectations for a TV at this price point. I returned it the very next day and replaced it with a Sony Bravia 8, which has been a much better experience so far. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I think this tv will out perform the Samsung. Many of the features are the same except the Samsung has a noticeably brighter picture. Outside of the brightness, this tv is amazing and reliable .
