Amazing TV! One of the best, if not the best OLED TV for 2025! The picture is stunning, especially in FILMMAKER mode, the picture is so crisp and bright, that even in a very bright room it's not an issue it all! The antiglare coating on this TV is amazing!

Good picture, I'll be happy if it doesn't screen burn in 5yrs from watching to much news. However, there is something not right about the audio processing in this TV. The volume delta between spoken words and action sequences is too high. Can't watch this thing without the remote in my hand to peg it out to near 100 for spoken scenes and be ready to slam it back down to 10 when scenes transition to something else. Haven't found a setting that fixes this other than running it through Bluetooth headphone. Soundbar is not any better, maybe worse, as I decided to buy a high-end LG soundbar as well. The Night-Mode setting is supposed to level these deltas out but its doesn't seem like it does anything. I mean it might be doing something but with the extreme delta you just can't tell the difference. Still to much...
Didn't have a problem like this with my old LG I replaced. I was in the market for additional replacement TV but now I'll be doing audio research and not just picture quality. Not sure I'll buy another LG, this is really annoying.

My Samsung QLED died after less than 5 years. Decided to move away from Samsung and ultimately decided on the LG OLED C5.
Great colors, movies look amazing. Trying to get used to not having as bright of a tv, especially for sports, but overall very satisfied. Gaming on XBOX Series X is smooth and visuals are top notch.

This is a great TV. I am beginning to like it. It is larger in size and very bring. It is a great purchase comparing its size and price. Not used it for too long but so far, it's ok.

The OLED evo panel delivers phenomenal contrast with perfect blacks and infinite contrast ratio.
• Colors are vibrant and accurate, with deep HDR impact—especially noticeable in Dolby Vision content.
• Excellent upscaling and motion handling thanks to the new α11 AI processor.

I recently purchased the LG 77" Class C5 Series OLED evo AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Best Buy made the process smooth from start to finish — excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and fast delivery.
As for the TV itself — it’s absolutely stunning. The picture quality is jaw-dropping, with rich, vibrant colors, incredible contrast, and deep blacks that make movies and sports feel more lifelike than ever. The AI enhancements really do make a difference, and the 4K detail is crisp and clear.
Setup was simple, and the webOS interface is user-friendly and quick. Streaming apps run flawlessly, and gaming on this screen is next-level.
Overall, this LG OLED is worth every penny, and Best Buy was the perfect place to get it. Highly recommend both the product and the company!

I upgraded from a 65CX to this 77C5 and it is absolutely worth it. The increase in nits, better support for different HDR formats, and picture quality is all amazing. I used the recommended settings for HDR and non-HDR mode from rtings so if you get a chance check out the settings to use some decent user-defined picture quality. If you get a chance to see this in person check it out. I am personally not a fan of the "smart TV" features on any TV and this is no exception. I tested out the Plex client and had issues with some content not decoding properly that plays absolutely fine using direct play on my NVIDIA Shield.
There was a new software update a few days ago which increased the brightness and fixed graininess in Dolby Vision, I didn't have a chance to compare before the update but both DV and HDR10 content look great.
The sound quality is as expected, not bad, not great, use a soundbar or full surround set up for the best experience.

I absolutely love my new 77” LG C5 OLED tv! I had purchased the C4 65” last year which I have in my bedroom now but just even the year apart does make a difference because I really didn’t think that the picture could get any better!! And well I’m here to say that it did. Idk why people complained about the remote I think it’s nice and even easier to use. Either way I love how big it is too! Watching football on it is magical! I also waited and ended up getting $1900 off!! So half off! Can’t beat it for a $3700 tv! Thanks best buy.

Great entry-level OLED. Super thin so it looks great mounted flush against the wall. Spent 15-20 minutes adjusting the picture-type and it looks great now.
Elevated my TV show/movie/football watching experience!

This TV is awesome. The colors and images are so vibrant and strong. The image is crisp and accurate. I have watched movies and played games on it and they all are run without issue.
This TV is a upgrade in size for our family and it fits the living, dinging, and kitchen open space room in our house great. The speakers are very loud and I can hear it just fine all they way on the other side of the room while I'm cooking.
The only things that I wasn't impressed with were the AI features. I expected them to make things better, but the AI that is supposed to improve image made the colors less vibrant and the AI that was supposed to improve the sound makes it sound like you are listening to movie that was filmed in a warehouse with no microphones. The only reason I'm giving this TV a 5 star review is because you can disable the AI features and you get a normal TV experience.
I also assume that I may not be utilizing the AI features correctly, I just haven't spent enough time to figure out how to use them yet because the TV is great even without the AI Features.

Great, surprisingly light, bright, lots of picture control settings. Worth it. If you are debating between this and the 65" G5, take the 77". Speakers could be better but they aren't bad.

I've had this TV for about 3 weeks now.
Super easy set up
Extremely bright colors
Looks awesome with 4k streaming
Looks really good with regular streaming
Definitely need at least a pickup truck if you're taking home from store because best buy policy will not let employees load flat or at any kind of a tilt, so no SUV's.
Box is too big to fit right side up.
Screen itself is super thin but there is a box that stick out the back that's ABOUT 24" long x 24" tall X 1" deep.
I have it sitting on top of a TV stand so it's not an issue for my set up but don't know how it would affect a mount where you'd like for the tv to look like a picture frame.
TV has "LG gallery" which allows you to have preset pics show and switch during rest mode to resemble a picture frame but other than the clock/time I couldn't find anything interesting enough to use this feature unless you pay extra for an additional service.
Another feature is that you can control from your phone but I found it kinda pointless as it's really not that difficult to just grab the remote and just use it.
Internal speaker aren't bad but no where as good as a sound bar.
The "A.I." button is pretty good but I feel it's not that much different from voice command. It could just be that I'm not using it to it's fullest potential, but it just felt a bit above basic to me.
I have it sitting with a window facing it and I think "C5" does a good enough job not having a glare, if you can go a step up or more id contemplate it.
Over all I'd still rate highly.
An 8 out of 10
Happy with the purchase

Just got this tv, and it is beautiful! Been watching Dolby Vision and HDR content. Really bright and vibrant. Also, the Magic Remote that acts like a WII remote is really one of my favorite features.

The picture on the LG tv is outstanding. The quality and life like picture is terrific.
The options available are great. Very thin and lightweight tv. A great value for the money.

We wanted to replace an entry-level Sony 4K. It was between the LG or Samsung. This "C" series was on sale and compared to the lower-end "B" series, this made the most sense. The purchase at Best Buy was smooth. The delivery was on time. Setup instructions were generally easy except for making sure the right screws were used for the base.
The LG OLEDs (and other brands) have a tendency to have a slight green tint. After doing some googling, I found a settings tweak that pretty much resolved to green tint to my satisfaction without needing a professional calibration. The HDR is great with very bright brights and the OLED panel creates totally black blacks.
The LG Smart Remote with its screen pointing takes a little getting used to but you can use the scroll wheel and buttons to use the remote in a more conventional manner. There's also a smartphone app that has a remote feature that works well.
Best Buy dropped the price twice for "Total Membership" accounts, so I did the Price Match Guarantee both times for refunds.
All in all, I don't know how I would make this TV experience any better.

Super clear picture and such intense colors! The soundbar with th wow orchestra technology was definetly worth it. Still has a reflection from windows. But much better than our 2018 LG tv.
